Author’s note: Here it is :)) I know it took me sooo long to update again, but I am really sorry I was very busy guys. I am so sorry this chapter is so short but it was written in a hurry.

Two Different Worlds

Chapter Eleven:

 

“And the winner is.” Said Mrs. Brown as she started opening the envelope, where the winner’s name was written. It has been three weeks since the announcement of the beauty contest and well I have been doing everything that was written on the list. “The winner is Clark….” She finally informed the over-excited crowd the winner, but I didn't hear the first name. I am sure it is Rachel.

Everyone was clapping their hands, cheering and smiling in my direction. No, it is not me, I thought. John, who was sitting next to me, looked at me and smiled giving me a nod of encouragement. He took my hand is his and walked me to where Mrs. Brown was standing. So yes it was me, I thought happily. 

I got up the three steps to the platform, my legs shaking, I was nervous and excited. I smiled at our headmistress and she grinned back at me, while putting the crown on my head. “Congratulations Samantha dear. What would you like to say to all of those people that voted for you?” She asked me, giving me the microphone.

“Um.... Hi guys.... I am quite nervous and excited and some other feelings are rolling inside of me so I don't really know what rubbish is getting out of my mouth, I am still shocked I don't really know what to say... Like wow, I won. Thank you guys so much for voting for me, I really didn’t think I would win. Just thank you a lot and I really appreciate it so much. Guys you are awesome.”

Mrs.Brown took the microphone back saying. “Okay, thank you Samantha and congratulations again my dear... Okay everybody…LET’S GET THIS PARTY STARTED.” She yelled, doing a little dance. Yes, yes our headmistress was totally crazy, but that's why everybody loves her.

While I was making my way to my seat again, John walked to me and started pulling me out of the ball-room. I was confused. "Where are you taking me? I mean the party is still on, right?" I asked him frowning.

"Yes I know that the party is not over yet, but why can't we have our own celebration. I mean I have the right to party with you all alone." John answered me with a sort of a smile or a smirk, I couldn't see him clearly since it was very dark outside. 

“Alright.” I replied shortly, I was still confused. I mean why did he want us to celebrate all alone?

We got into his car, and he started the drive. One hand was on the steering wheel, and the other was holding mine, making it warm. “Where are we going?" I asked him.

"You will see when we get there. I just wanted us to stay alone, be in each other's company without anyone else disturbing us."

"Okay, I would love to stay with you and have our fun."

"Damn Sam.. I.. I love you Samantha. I really do. You made me fall in love with you, fall into your charm. To tell the truth if months ago someone told me that I would be falling in love I would have patted their back and took them to the nearest hospital, but here I am now already in love. You see after all Mr. Player fell for Miss Geek."

“Yeah." I nodded, he was saying the truth, a lot of things did change in the past months, it is crazy. "And well who thought that one day we would be a couple? And who thought I would look like this?" I chuckled. "It is so funny what happened for the past months.” I added.

Still staring into my eyes with a glint in his own, John leaned in and was about to kiss me, when I yelled my lungs out. “JOHN WATCH OUT.”

Holding the steering wheel tightly, John tried to move to the other way, but the truck had already crashed my boyfriend’s car and my boyfriend too… Tears were all that came out of me…
