Dragon Story Chapter One: Skyler

It was a clear and beautiful day in the kingdom Fiore. There were people smiling, dancing, and selling in the streets. This continent was known to have held magic guild from near and far. None of them, could compare to Fairytail.

Fairytail rests at the edge of the town of Magnolia. A small, yet beautiful town indeed. On this clear and beautiful day a girl with tan skin, dark brown eyes, glasses that were red, gold and brown, and sdirty blond hair that want down a bit past her shoulders was walking down the street.

"Man I just moved in here yesterday and I already love it." The girl said talking herself. "I still need to finish packing when I get back." She added.

The last step she took was a step right in front of the Fairytail guild, "But I have to do something first." She said then smiled.

She opened the guild doors as a couple of people came to look over at her. One in particular was the guilds celestial mage Lucy Heartfilia.

"So this is the guild that just got done defeating Tartous." The new girl thought.

There was a rumor going around about the guild disbanding, but of course has not come to pass.

"Hello, are you looking for something?" Lucy asked walking up to the girl.

"O-Oh hi!" The girl said a bit startled. "No I'm just looking to join the guild." She added with a smile.

"Oh that's awesome we always welcome new members!" Lucy said smiling big, "My name is Lucy Heartfilia." Lucy added putting out her hand.

"Lucy, you're the powerful celestial mage that was in the Sorcer Weekly was reading.." The new girl said but shook Lucy's hand. "Skyler Alexa Nagasaki nice to meet you."

"Skyler?" Lucy asked remembering that name, "What a pretty name." Lucy added with a smile.

"Aww thanks!" Skyler said.

Lucy walked Skyler in, "So from my understanding you heard about us in Sorcer Weekly?" Lucy asked as both her and Skyler walk to the bar to see the guilds some what second in command Mirajane.

"Yeah, I heard Tartous was rough I'm glad you guys are ok." Skyler said back.

"We managed." Lucy noted.

"Hi Lucy who's this?" Mirajane asked when Lucy and Skyler got to the bar.

"This is Skyler Alexa Nagasaki and wants to join the guild." Lucy said with a smile.

Skyler nodded, "It's been my dream! I just moved here yesterday." She said.

"Well that's awesome you're definitely welcomed to join!" Mirajane said happily with Skyler's eyes just lighting up with glee. "What color and where do you want your mark?" Mirajane asked.

"Ooo! Red and right here!" Skyler said as she points right above her breasts.

Mirajane chuckles, "Why above your boobs silly?" She asked grabbing a red Fairytail mark stamp.

"When I walked in here I've noticed no one has their mark here, I just wanna be different!" Skyler said with a pouty face.

"You're right no one really paced their mark there. The closest place to that spot is Evergreens." Lucy said thinking.

"You have better vision then she does and you both have glasses." Mirajane said with a chuckle.

Skyler stood still as Mirajane stamped her new guild mark right where Skyler wanted it. The new girls face just smiled, happy to start a new life.

"There you go! You are now a member of the Fairytail guild!" Mirajane said.

"That's awesome we have a new member!" Said a boy that was walking behind them.

Skyler turned to look at the boy. The boy was a member of Fairytail too with pink spiky hair and grey eyes.

"My name is Natsu Dragneel the guilds Fire Dragon slayer." Natsu said.

Skyler smiled, "I'm Skyler Alexa Nagasaki nice to meet you."

"Jeez your name is so long!" Natsu said with two other people coming behind him, "from now on I'm calling you Sky." He added rubbing his head with a smile.

"Sky?" Skyler said.

"I like that name better." Said another boy that has dark blue hair. "The names Gray, I'm Fairytail's ice make mage." Gray said.

"And I'm Erza Scarlet the guilds Requip mage, it's a pleasure to have a new member." Erza said.

"And I'm Happy the cutest one here!" said a flying blue cat.

"Guys relax you're overwhelming her!" Lucy said not wanting to scar Sky off in the first day.

"No it's ok, I never really had anyone growing up." Skyler said. "It's nice to meet all of you!" Sky added with a smile.

"Now I challenge you to a fight." Natsu said.

"Natsu are you nuts?!" Lucy said.

Sky chuckled, "What?"

The guild was looking chanting fight over and over.

"Jeez Natsu you always gotta pick on the newbie." Gray said but Natsu ignored him.

"Fine. Let's go." Sky said getting into fighting stance as everyone cheered.

Natsu charged at Skyler with fire in his fists ready to punch. Skyler smirked requiping a fire protection sword to block his attack.

"What?!" Happy said.

"She can requip?" Erza said.

"Why can't I break this metal!!" Natsu asked trying to break her sword to hit her but nothing.

"It has fire protection so anything fire related coming to this sword is nothing." Skyler said blocking him.

Natsu smirked as his fire died down, "Thanks" then Natsu shattered it punching her right across the face.
Sky's mouth started to bleed.

"Natsu you idiot that was too hard!" Lucy said running to stop the two.

"No it's ok" Sky said punching him in the face harder then he hit her. "I can take pain."

Natsu's mouth started to bleed too, "Holy shit."

Skyler made fists with fire on them. "I'm a dragon slayer too!" She said.

"WHAT?!" Lucy said shocked.

"Two magics at once?" Natsu asked impressed and shocked.

"Talk about Erza and Natsu's love child." Happy said.

"This fight isn't going anywhere Natsu." Sky said. "It would be fun to train with you, but you and I can't defeat each other." She added.

Natsu growled.

"Come on Natsu she's right." Gray said.

Natsu took a deep breath, "Fine. Some day we can fight when we are stronger. Deal?" Natsu said putting out his hand.

Sky blushed a bit, but shook his hand, "Deal." She said.

"Alright we got a new member of team Natsu!" Natsu said.

"Say what?!" Skyler said.

"Aye!" Happy said as Erza and Gray chuckled while Lucy facepalmed.

"Come on Happy grab a quest! Let's go team!" Natsu said.

"Mom.." Skyler thought, "I'm guessing you're watching over me." She thought again and smiled. "Let's go!" She said out loud. "I have found my new home." Sky thought
