Dragon Story Chapter Seven: The Next Step

The doors of the Fiore castle sprang open. At that moment a blonde hair girl with green eyes was right in front of those doors.

"What the?!" The girl said getting on guard.

Skyler, Natsu, Lucy, Gray, Happy, and Erza was standing at the door. Skyler and the blonde hair girl locked eyes. Skyler smiled as the girls eyes teard up.

"S-Sky...Is that you?" The girl said.

"Lilly.." Sky smiled and opened her arms.

Lilly laughed while crying and hugged Skyler tightly crying.

"Sky oh my god! I haven't seen you in so long!" Lilly said gripping Sky's tank top.

"I missed you so much!" Sky said hugging her friend tightly.

The rest of the group was standing in the back really confused.

"Uh...Sky?" Natsu said.

"What's this all about?" Happy finished his best friends sentence.

Skyler and Lilly looked at the friend group still holding each other.

"Come in, we will explain everything." Skyler said.

In the throne room of the castle when you first walk in, there's a curtain in the left corner of the room. That would lead to the living spaces of the castle. As soon as you walk in, there was a living room that led into the grand kitchen on the right and there was a hallway with a couple of rooms on the left. Lilly, Sky, and the others were sitting in the living room.

"Yay story time!" Happy said sitting in Lucy's lap.

I'm glad to finally see more of what my family member has gone through Lucy thought with a smile.

"While I was in the woods still, before a..specific some one...I found Lilly alone and crying in the woods with bruises." Skyler said.

"My parents weren't the nicest of people.." Lilly said softly.

"I comforted Lilly and we became close friends very quickly. Lilly wanted me to stay away from her parents." Skyler said.

"We will get to that." Lilly said.

"Eventually my parents did find out about me...well." Skyler said.

"What did they do to you?!" Lucy asked pissed off.

"Whip me..use holy water, the whole nine yards." Skyler said.

"The hell?! That's torture!" Natsu said pissed off too.

"Why the hell would they do that?!" Gray asked pissed.

"My parents are angels.." Lilly said softly.

"ANGELS?!" Everyone but Skyler and Lilly said in shock.

"They exist?!" Erza said.

"Yes they do, they are just very hidden." Lilly said. "Long time ago, there was a time where angels didn't exist at all. Legends say gods picked people in the most pain to become angels, my parents were one of them. My parents were a part of a great, bloody war between angels and demons rose about. They despise demons then and they do now. When they saw me hanging around Sky back then, before she knew anything about her demonic nature, angels can sense demons and vise versa." Lilly explained.

"They beat Sky up because she was a demon?" Natsu asked.

"Yeah..even though I didn't know about it." Skyler answered him.

Lucy had a sad or almost scared look on her face.

"How did they let you in the castle? They haven't had a true ruler in years." Erza pointed out.
