Infinite: Filling your body with these types of foods is terrible for your system. Surely that amount of sodium does no good for your functions. As someone who has never really tried any unhealthy foods like ramen, I wouldn't know or understand whether or not it was worth the large salt concentration. If you had this once in a while AFTER extreme physical exertion then maybe, but you guys eat this sort of food often. Surely it isn't doing any good for you.
