Meeting Poseidon

(Author Note:I am so sorry I haven't updated in a while though I will try and see if I could write longer thank you all my wonderful readers enjoy and I do not own PJO though I own Penny Jackson and Andrew Chase)
Penny's POV
Percy opened the letter from our real dad Poseidon and we started reading it,it said
Dear Percy and Penny I know when you two start reading this you might hate me and I do not blame you for that and I hope that your mom Sally has told you that the Greek gods are real and told you stories about them so the real reason I left was that I was forced to do it there are laws that say us Greek gods can't interfere with our children's lives and we can't even visit them that's why I can't visit you two I want the both of you to know that I love you both very much and that I miss you and inside both of your backpacks are new clothes,money and food for demigods or half-bloods like you,ambrosia and nectar only for demigods when they are hurt or tired and of course mortal food with some blue food too now both of you could go to meet me at the beach Montauk and there we could discuss your powers I love you both very much enjoy your day I will see you soon

As me and Percy finished we both are some food from our backpacks and ate in silence in the comfortable alley.
"Percy do you miss mommy?Is it why your not eating the blue food?"He looked up from eating with some crumbs around his mouth which would have been funny if I was in a good mood.
"Y-yeah I do miss her,"Percy said and the look he gave me made me want to comfort him but he's older and I'm younger so we gave each other a hug and started walking to Montauk when a monster came and landed on me I was frozen in fear I think it was a hellhound it was the biggest dog I ever seen and the dark red eyes were staring at me so I couldn't get my sword out.Percy uncapped his sword Riptide and slashed at the monster which got the hellhound's attention and pounced at Percy he dodged and the hellhound got hit in the face with a stop sign which made it dizzy and a got my sword together me and Percy slashed and hacked and dodged the hellhound's claws and when Percy slashed it in the face it became golden dust and vaporized at our feet.
"Ewww that's gross anyway Penny are you okay?"He asked and I nodded and continued walking to Montauk to meet Poseidon.On our way there we passed our (by our I mean me Percy's and mommy's cabin)cabin and we saw a man wearing a Hawaiian shirt and some brown shorts waiting for us he looked a lot like Percy and me mostly Percy.
"He looks familiar,"said Percy as we walked to him.
"I never seen him before," I say.We are standing right in front of him and he smiles.
"Hello Percy and Penny,"Poseidon says.
"Are you our dad?"Percy says and backs away from him and so do I.
"Yes I am no need to be scared of me Percy and Penny I may be a god but right now I am harmless,"he said and me and me and Percy step a little closer to him.
"Now who wants to learn their powers?"Poseidon says.We both grin and nod as he leads us to the water.
