Percy's POV
Weeks have passed.We got lost at times or ended up taking a wrong turn due to me.We toke turns telling each other the directions.I remember one time we almost died but not by monsters but by the Lotus Hotel Casino.
*Flashback*
"Hey guys I'm tired,"I said then yawned.

"I am too can we stop somewhere?"Penny asks.

"Yeah i guess we can.But where?"Annabeth asks.

"Right there!"Thalia shouts and pointed a finger towards a huge building with lights so bright you can see them outside and with so many people inside talking and shouting and screaming of delight.Me and Penny walked over and saw a man welcoming a little boy and his mom giving them these cards and they walked inside to this arcade or something I didn't get a good look.Once the man sees me and Penny he gives us the most creepiest smile I ever seen.I felt like walking away but I don't know why but Penny walked over to the man.

"Welcome!Your registered room is right this way!"The man says.I tilt my head in confusion and see that Annabeth and the others are right behind us.We follow the man and he leads us toward this elevator and presses a button.There was this awkward silence, nobody talked.

"So!Are you young man and this girl together?"The man asked pointing at Luke and Thalia.

"No no!Sorry we're just friends that's all,"Thalia says nervously.I saw Luke frown and had this hurt look in his eyes.

"Hey Thalia why are you lying?Come on look you made your boyfriend sad,"I said and Thalia eyes widen in anger and Andrew snickers.

"Yeah come on don't be lying to this man he got to know that we're together!"Luke says wrapping one arm around Thalia's arm.Thalia blushes but tries to hide it my looking down at the floor.

"Oh so you are together how cute!"The man says and the elevator dings and they open and he gives us these cards and tell us they have unlimited cash in them.To play games and stuff sounds fun.Am I right?

"Alright boys with boys girls with girls here are your cards have fun no need to pay everything has been taken care of,"The man says and he kinda gives us a shove and he smiled.

"Wait I nee-,"I was about to finish when I heard a ding and the man waved and the elevator closed.I sighed.

"Chill Percy usually Andrew or Annabeth are the eager ones that need to ask questions for now let's relax we'll worry about the monsters later,"Luke says while putting his hand on my shoulder giving this toothy grin.I realize we're the only ones out here.

"Hey where are the others?"I ask worried looking around the halls.

"Their in their rooms, come on let's check it out,"Luke says and shoves me inside me Andrew's and Luke's room.I was about to give a fuss about Luke shoving me when I looked around.Wow words couldn't describe how amazing these rooms look like compared to any other hotels I been to.

"Well I'm gonna go play some games,"Luke said walking out as if the room wasn't amazing enough.

"Oh yeah you've got to see it,"Andrew says.

"Girls we're gonna go play some games wanna join?"Luke asks.

"We're coming in a second!We'll be right there, go on without us!"Thalia says.The boys lead me somewhere.Of course they put a blindfold on me for some reason maybe they saw wherever their taking me through the balcony.

"We're here,"Andrew says and takes off my blindfold and what I see before my eyes surprised me.It started getting louder, the place filled with kids laughter people eating playing games screaming of delight and joy as if there wasn't a care in the world.As if life was perfect.I wish my life was perfect but it wasn't.
