Natalie's POV

We pulled up to Dom's apartment and we get out of David's car. He stands close to me as we walk up to the door, be fore he nocks he looks over to me and looks at me for approval, I nodded my head yes and he nocked on the door. Here we go. We hear the door being unlocked and it opens, revealing Jeff. I mentally roll my eyes and notice David getting closer to me, he actually cares so much. I smile at the gesture and we walk in. "Hey guys" David says as we sit on the couch "hi dave" Dom says when he walks out of the kitchen to sit on the couch. David was on the edge of the couch, then it was me, then Zane, Dom, Carly, Erin, Alex, Heath, Mariah and then Jeff. "Ok, so y'all know Natalie, right?" David asks his group of friends, "yea" Jeff says looking towards me. I shiver as his eyes pierced through me.

No one's POV

Everyone thinks they know everything about Natalie. She grew up in Vernon Hills with David and they've been friends every since but theres more to the story. Natalie had a boyfriend named Shawn and she loved him and he loved her, well that's what Natalie thought. One day Natalie came home and saw that Shawn had been drinking. She went to go hug him and he pushed her back and one thing led to another and that night was the worst. She had been abused be the one she 'thought' loved her. She cried on the couch that night but she never told anyone. A couple months went by and Shawn broke up with her, she told David but not the whole story and she never wants to but Jeff might make her. When she see's Jeff he triggers the time she was abused and she gets scared but she doesn't know how to tell people. She wants people to notice her, she doesn't want to tell people what happened, she wants them to ask her what happened.

Natalie's POV

"Ok, so i have an assistant now" David says, snapping me out of my train of thought. "Who?" Zane asks "well she's in the room" David says teasingly "ohhhhh" Erin says making all of us laugh. "Alright I'm going to guess, Natalie?" Heath says smiling at me, i smile back, "yep" David says popping the 'p' "yayyy!" Zane says hugging me. "So where is she staying?" Jeff asks, definitely not with you, i say in my head. "Me" David says putting his arm on my shoulder in a friendly way. "Ooouuu" everyone says, i roll my eyes " i see you Dobrik" Alex says, "he wishes" i say pulling his arm off my shoulder, more ohhh's fill the room and I look towards David and smile.

We hung around for some more time and it was kinda getting boring, so I went to go waste my time by going to the bathroom. Weird right? As I headed to the bathroom I heard footsteps behind me. I turn around to see Jeff. Shit. I hurry up to the bathroom but I was to slow he stops me in front of the bathroom door. "What fo you want?" I say crossing my arms "you" he says putting his finger on my chin. "Get the fuck of me" I say slapping his hand "I will get you one day" he says "no you won't" I say pushing him "ob i see you're already with David, aren't you?" He says smirking "no" I say telling the truth. "Well..." he gets closer to me "I'll get rid of David just to have you" he whispers in my ear and then he grabs my butt. He walks away and I run into the bathroom, I sit on the ground and cry. It's all happening again.

David's POV

Natalie has been missing for a while but I don't know where she went. "Hey y'all know where Natalie is?" I asks the group "uh I think she went to the bathroom" Zane says pouring a shot of Jack down his throat. "Thanks" i say and I go down towards the bathroom. "Natalie?" I asks knocking on the door, i hear faint sniffles "yes?" She asks "what's wrong?" I ask through the door "nothing, leave me alone" she says unlocking the door and pushing past me. She walks out the apartment and I guess it was time to leave. "Bye guys" I say waving to them "where's Natalie?" Zane asks "oh she's in the car, she doesn't feel good" I lied "oh ok, bye" he says and I leave and head to the car.

The car ride was silent, all you could hear was little sniffles that would come from Natalie. We got home and she went straight to her room, I sighed and sat on the couch. After about 10 minutes I decided to go check on Natalie. "Nat?" I ask knocking on the door, once again. "What" she says opening the door to reveal her tear stained face, "what's wrong" i ask walking in her room "je-jeff" she says sobbing.

Natalie's POV

I guess now is the time to tell him. "What did he do" he asks as i saw anger fill his eyes, "he tou-touched me" i saud crying even more "i swear i will beat the shit out of him" he says walking out, I followed after him to tey to stop him. " no da-david stop" i say grabbing his hand. If I'm being honest, David won't be able to beat Jeff, even though I want him to, he won't. "Fine" he says as he goes to sit on the couch, I follow him and sit very close. "You don't want me to go fight Jeff cause I'll lose, right?" He says, "yea" i say smiling, I put my arms around him and cuddle with him. This is the most we've ever done 'relationship' wise. "You're good at cuddling though" i say smiling as i lay my head on his chest. What's going on, i say to myself as I'm cuddling with my best friend, that I'm in love with.
