•9• Christmas [Part 2]

All the party arrived and they were all already in Mike's basement playing D&D, except for the girls who didn't know how to play, it was already 6 o'clock.

"I'm gonna go and get some food" Max said standing up from the couch followed by Eleven "Bring me something!" Dustin shouted "Nope" Max simply replied.

No one was at home except for Ted, Karen and Holly were buying the groceries, Nancy was with Jonathan, and well Ted was just sleeping.

"What do you want miss?" Max asked when they arrived the kitchen,
"I'm not very hungry actually" Eleven said wich concerned Max a little "Okay, mabye something to drink?" Eleven nodded in response, Max grabbed two cans of coke and some chocolate pudding for Dustin.

"Let's just go out a little bit, I'm kinda bored down there" Max said and El just nodded so after she gave Dustin the pudding she and Eleven went outside, they were sitting in front of the door. Max saw that Eleven shivered a little "Are you cold?" Max asked and Eleven once again just nodded and Max put her arm around El to give her warm "Are you okay? You're really quite" Max said  "Yeah it's just that I don't wanna go back to Derry, I'm gonna miss you guys! Even more than before!" El said looking to Max "I know you made friends there, right?" Max asked "Yeah, the losers" Eleven said smiling, remembering the group of friends she was part of now "See? When you go back to Derry you can see your friends! C'mon don't be upset yeah?" Max said lifting Eleven's face with her fingers, Eleven nodded "Yeah" she said and Max leaved a kiss on El's lips.

"Okay, that was a good campaign" Will said smiling, he had missed playing d&d with the party "Yeah it was, Will the Wise" Lucas said "I think we should get going it's already 7:00 and if I'm not home by 8 I'll be dead" Dustin said. With that Lucas and Dustin left Mike's house.

Suddenly Karen appeared in Mike's basement door "Hey Will your mom told me you were going to have dinner here, Nancy wanted to have an official first dinner with your family" Karen said "Oh, okay" Will replied, then Karen closed the door "Guess I'll have to stay" Will said blushing "Oh I have a gift for you by the way" Mike said and started to search for it but Will stopped him "No wait, let's just leave the gifts for later" Will said grabbing Mike's hand so he could sit with him on the couch.

"Mike it's is tomorrow" Will said sadly and looking to the ground "I know" Mike said placing his arm around Will to comfort him "I don't wanna leave" Will mumbled "We talked about this Will, it'll be fun" Mike said leaving a kiss on Will's forehead "Fun? How is it fun?" Will asked raising his eyebrows  "I'll call you and write you everyday, it would be like you never left and I'm going to ask my parents if maybe I could go to Derry for spring break with Nancy so she can see Jonathan too, how does that sound?" Mike said smiling to Will "Sounds great" "Yeah, we're making this work" Mike said smiling and placing a hand on Will's lap "Yeah, we're definitely making it work" Will said looking at Mike's hand on his lap. Mike leaned slowly to Will, who did the same, they could feel their shaky breaths, they were about to kiss when suddenly- "We're staying!" Eleven shouted and entering the room, followed by Max, the boys pulled away instantly.

"So what are we doing first?" Max said smiling and sitting between Mike and Will, Eleven as well "Yeah guys, what are we doing?" Eleven asked, the girls at this point loved to be Mike and Will's fourth wheel "Max are you staying too?" Mike asked "Yeah, just for one more hour, my parents were okay with it" Max explained "So what should we do?" Will asked, a little annoyed due the girls interrupting his moment with Mike "Oh oh me" Eleven said raising her hand, Max giggled at this "I once saw in this movie-" "Here we go" Will said remembering how Eleven used to see romantic comedies due to Max and some of her girl friends "I saw that this two couples were playing a game where they spin a bottle and then they have to kis-" El got interrupted "No!" Mike and Will said at the unison "Well... mabye we can play this other game where we spin a bottle-" Mike was about to deny El's suggestion but then she just managed to shush him before he said anything "But instead of kissing we just ask questions and put dares to eachother!" Eleven explained "Thats called truth or dare" Will said correcting Eleven "It's not truth or dare, is truth or dare with a bottle" El said making emphasis on 'with' "It's still the same!" Will replied "It's not the same!" El insisted "Yes it i-" "Okay I think we should move on to the game" Mike said ending the argument "Just one round, I have to leave soon" Max said realizing she was leaving in almost half an hour.
