•10• Christmas [Part 3]

It was 9:00 pm and everyone already arrived to the Wheelers house, they were now all sitting on the table having dinner, Karen and Ted sitting in both extremes of the table, Nancy, Jonathan and Joyce in one side and Mike, Will and Eleven in the other, Holly already fell asleep.

"So Will, tell me how is Derry so far?" Karen asked Will who was in front of her and next to Mike "It's n-normal I guess" Will replied a little nervous "What about you El?" Karen asked turning her look to see Eleven "Oh, It's fine, we already made friends there! But school is kinda hard and boring" El replied, El has never been in a real school until she moved to Derry "You'll get use to it sweetheart" Joyce told her.

"What did you guys did all afternoon?" Jonathan asked the boys, Will started to get nervous again "Um-" he started bouncing his leg anxiously until Mike placed a hand on top of Will's leg under the table to comfort him, Karen noticed this but she didn't say anything, it was not a secret that Mike and Will have always been touchy but since Mike started to date Eleven they didn't even talk to eachother so this scene confused Karen a little bit.

"We just played D&D!" Mike answered quickly " Okay" Jonathan replied, Will turned around to see Mike's hand on his lap and then he faced him and gave him a smile.

The dinner went on, occasional questions were asked around Nancy's relationship with Jonathan. Eleven had trouble with her food, she couldn't cut the turkey with the fork and she was making noises with the fork resonating against the plate "Want help?" Mike asked Eleven who was next to her "Please" Eleven answered shyly, Mike started to help El cutting the turkey, thing that made Will a little jealous God he's just helping her with the food, there's nothing to be jealous about- Will's thoughts got interrupted "You're a good boyfriend Mike" Ted said while chewing the turkey.

"W-what?" Mike asked him with a frown "Ted, Mike's not dating El anymore" Karen told him "Oh, what a shame" Ted said "It's okay, we're better like this" Eleven said with confidence "Huh, you looked good as a couple" Ted insisted "Ted!" Karen shushed him "Just facts" Ted said, this whole conversation made Will wanna puke for some reason, the thought of Mike's father probably being against his son dating a boy hit him for the first time so he stood up from the table "I need to go to the bathroom" he said quickly before leaving to the bathroom.

Will was sitting on top of the toilet's cap If Ted finds out about this he'll hate me and will make Mike dump me just so he can go back to date another girl, this would not last forever...

This thoughts hit Will in the most cruel way, he was crying now, hot tears running down his cheeks, his eyes shut and small and quiet sobs slipping away from his mouth.

Moments later someone knocked at the door "Will? Are you okay?" Mike said opening the door and as soon as he saw Will crying he shut the door behind him, and pulled Will into a hug, Will was now crying against Mike's shoulder, Mike placing his head on top of Will's and stroking his hair. After a moment Mike pulled away and cupped Will's cheeks who was still crying "What happened?" Mike asked softly while cleaning Will's tears with his thumb, Will just shook his head "You can tell me, what is it?" Mike insisted "Is because of what my dad said?" Mike asked, Will just nodded "Baby, don't worry just don't mind him, I love you, that's what matters yeah?" Mike said smiling warmly to Will "Okay" Will said and hugged Mike tightly again, this time resting his head on his boyfriend's chest.

They finished having dinner peacefully, it was 11:00 pm already, Will convinced Joyce to stay the night at Mike's so after getting ready for bed they were already on Mike's bedroom.

"So I wanted to give you this for Christmas" Mike said placing a small box in front of Will "I hope you like it" he said opening the box and revealing the inside "Eleven told me you'll like it, she actually help me with these" he said handing Will a bracelet, similar to the one Eleven gave to Max but this one had the words "M", "I", "K", and "E"on it.

"I have the other one" Mike said smiling and showed Will his bracelet around his wrist with the letters "W", "I", "L" and "L" Will smiled with joy "Mike" he said placing a hand on Mike's cheek "I love it" Will said smiling hardly at Mike "Really?" Mike sighed and smiled lightly and proceeded to place his hand on top of the one that Will had on his cheek and squeezed it lightly.

"I have something for you too" Will said placing a little package with sketches inside it "Take it" with that Mike took the package "What is it?" Mike asked "You'll know soon" Mike giggled at these "Please don't open it until...well until tomorrow" Will said referring to when him and his family return to Derry, he wasn't capable to even mention it "Okay" Mike said smiling and pulling Will into a quick kiss "Let's cuddle" Mike said softly and Will nodded.

They were now laying on bed, Will wrapping his arms around Mike and placing his head on top of Mike's shoulder, Mike holding Will and stroking his back while he rested his head on top of Will's "Merry Christmas" Mike mumbled pressing a kiss on top of Will's head who turned around to face him "Merry Christmas" he whispered.
