Chapter Seven Backstory

Aki was her name. She was a fighter I will admit. But as we were fighting. I could help notice all the cuts she had. She tried to cover them up with brown bandages but it didn't work. I could see the blood stains. Dusk stood back. For she knew this was my fight. And plus. She was being held down by my brothers. But I also noticed. Aki's black mask. And her green eyes. And her scythe. It was sharp as my blade. But no matter how much her beauty pulled me in. I must fight her. She was the enemy. I jumped up. And punched her in the stomach. She counter attacked with stealth. Precision. She ran off at first. She hid in the shadows. I looked around clueless. Holding my blade in both hands. Ready to strike. She jumped from above screaming, "die!" I blocked her and kicked her away. She slid across the ground and hit her shell. It gave it a crack. But she wouldn't give up. She was bleeding tremendously. But she still got back up. I said "don't attack me. I don't want to hurt you anymore!" She just stared at me. Without making a sound. Then she charged at me. I cut her arm deep to protect myself. I put my foot down on her. "Stop the madness!" I said. She looked at me with her deep green eyes. Her pupils dilated. "No!" She said. "I will have revenge against you! For my brother!" She kicked me off. I slid so far away. This kick was more powerful than any blow she had hit me with before. She walked towards me slowly. Dragging her scythe behind her. "He told me what you did to him. What you did to his girlfriend. His whole family!" She raised he scythe as if she were about to finish me. "You don't deserve to die." She said. Then looked away. "You deserve to suffer." She put her scythe away and ran from me.

I lay there bleeding. My head. My legs. My chest. Who was her brother? And how was I involved? She already knew me. How? I had no idea. But with the little strength I had left. I went to rescue dusk. Once and for all. But when I got there. Raph and Mikey were gone. Dusk was still there. But she was beaten. She was bleeding. "Dusk!" If karai was here. I know she could heal her. "Karai!" I said aloud. Dusk rolled her eyes. "Dusk. Where's karai?" She said "do you think I know?" I took off some of my bandaging to help stop some of the bleeding. I helped her up. "You okay?" I said. She nodded her head. We started to walk. And I sensed something was wrong. "Dusk" I said "is there something you wanah tell me?" She replied with a shock. "What! No! I'm not hiding anything!" "Dusk." I said with a glare. She sat down. "Okay. You shouldn't be here. And how you got here. I don't know--" I interrupted. "Me and karai stole a kraang ship." She said "okay well-- wait! Karai came to save me?" I nodded. "She wanted to help." Dusk smirked. "Anyways. You shouldn't be here. I don't know who aki is. But dawn. He's." She said. I said. "He's what?" She curled up in a ball. "Oh no you don't!" I said. "Ow! She screamed. "Sorry" I said. "But what or who is he?" She looked down. "He's my brother." I gasped. How? Why? She sighed. "And all of those panthers in the cells. They are my people." "You see. This planet was a calm and peaceful place. Until my brother turned into hell. I was royalty. We both were. I was the next to rule since I was older. But my brother couldn't stand the thought." She got closer to me. "One night. He came to my room and woke me up. He told me that somebody had broken into our home. I followed him. He said the infiltrator went Down into the basement. And that's where we kept all if the most precious things. Gold. Jewlery." She got up and turned her back to me.

She said "my brother took me down there." She turned to me and started to cry. "I remember everything!" "I remember saying. Dawn what's going on?! Where's the infiltrator? He just turned to me. He brought out his claws and walked slowly towards me as he said. Dusk. Poor stupid dusk. Did you really think you were going to become queen? Did you really think I was gonah let that happen? I remember saying. What? What are you doing?! He grabbed my face and said. Nobody is going to remember you. You made my life hell. And your not gonah do it anymore." "That's how I got these scars on my face spirit." She walked over to me and put her head in my lap. I petted her. "I'm so sorry dusk." She looked up at me. "He tried to kill me spirit! My own brother! Just to become King! That's why he kept me secret. And he's imprisoned all my people!" She started to cry. I lifted her head. "We'll rescue them too." She stopped crying. "But how?" She said. "With a little thing I like to call. Using fire with fire."
