Chapter Twenty One Part One This Means War

I left my brothers. Stranded. I hurt aki. She left me. Leo and Dawn were probably plotting to kill me once more. I was dragging my katana behind as I walked slowly. I must have been walking for hours now. Into the black nothingness. I mumbled to myself. "Nobody understands." But the majority of my words flowed through my thoughts. 'They just don't get it. I spent all this time trying to protect them. I tried to bring this family together. And there just pulling it apart!' I stopped in my tracks. I started to yell into the blank sky light. "They don't know! I did everything for them!" I started to tear up. Only now I didn't have dusk to comfort me. I screamed some more and said. "Why does everyone turn against me?! Why does everyone insist on me being the bad guy?!" I threw myself on the ground on all fours. I looked up. My eyes turned a dark red. "If that's what they want me to be." With my blade still in hand. I was on the search for Leo. For dawn. There was no one stopping me now. I was blood thirsty. And I was ready to kill.

I knew were to find them. I knew where to look. I ran to the headquarters with swiftness. Precision. But not patience. I was impatient and killing anyone who got in my way. I stabbed many guards and soldiers on my way up to dawn's lair. There was excess blood on my katana where I had slaughtered many soldiers. I slung it off. It swung on to the floor. I then entered the lair. A dim light shown where dawn' chair was. It was empty. I stood still in a fighting stance and looked around. With both hands on my katana. Not knowing what to expect. "Oh Donnie." A voice said from behind me. I turned around slashing their face. I didn't know who it was. "What the shell dude?!" It was Mikey. I put my blade back in my pocket. His face was bleeding. A slashed him on the side of his cheek. I took off some of my wrapping to help stop the bleeding. I whispered. "What are you doing here? And where's raph?" Mikey looked down. "Mikey!" I yelled. Mikey finally said. "Okay! We followed you here. But after you started going on a rampage and killing all those soldiers. Raph--" they saw me kill. They saw what I could do. But Mikey still didn't finish. I said. "What?! What did raph do?!" His body was kicked to us. He was bleeding out fast. I didn't care who kicked him to us at them moment. He needed medical attention. Now. Parts of his skin had been torn off. He had brutally tortured. But how? One of his hands had been cut off. And one of his arms had been cut open. And his shell. Had been close to being cut open completely. "Mikey! The bandages!" I took off all of mine as well. And both of our mask. Mikey got on one side of raph and tried to stop the bleeding On his arm. I tried on his arm. He was losing a pulse. "Raph. Stay with us man!" I started crying. Mikey did too. I held his head up close to my chest. He said. "D-- don." Tears were flowing down my cheeks now. "What is it raph?!" I couldn't help but scream. He raised his hurt arm into the darkness and pointed. "It was them." His head tilted back. No pulse. No heart beat. He was gone. I held him close to me. I cried loudly. Mikey held onto his wounded arm. We cried as hard as we possibly could. But we heard a voice.

"Bravo my brothers. Do you admire my work? It wasn't easy you know. He put up quite a fight. But sensei raised me better." Leo stepped into the light. Mikey and I were covered in Raph's blood. Mikey stood up. He said. "Leo! How could you?!" Tears flowed down his cheeks like rivers onto his shell. A smirk arose from Leo's face. I had to stay down to hold Raph's deceased body. "Donnie didn't tell you? Why. This is all his fault." Leo said. I started to cry. For he just might be right. Mikey turned around quickly. "What did you do don?!" I just held on to Raph's body tighter. Leo said. "Allow me to explain my little brother." He put his arm around Mikey. "He's the reason we look like this. He's the reason that our father is dead. He was there." I tried to hide my tears. But Leo was right. Mikey's face turned blood red. He couldn't stop crying either. "Is-- is this true?" I couldn't look up. I couldn't look into my younger brother's face. Mikey yelled. "You did this! You tore this family apart! And now. I'm going to fix this." I looked up. "Mikey--" I had to let go of Raph's body. I set him against the wall. Mikey pulled out his nunchucks. "I thought you were my brother. But it's time to end this misery." Leo laughed evilly. He was going to watch me die. He turned Mikey against me. I pulled out my blade. I couldn't fight him. "I don't want to fight you Mikey." He said. "Then this will be easy." He started to twirl his nunchucks. I had To fight him. Or I would die right here with raph. I stood strong. Looked Mikey in the eyes. And said. "Brother. Forgive me."
