David's P.O.V

My eyes fluttered open to the feeling of light hitting my face. I looked to the window and saw Natalie opening the curtains to let the sunlight in.

I groaned, which caused her to turn around and look at me.

"Good morning," She said, sending me a warm smile that melted my heart.

"Good morning," I replied, rubbing my eyes, "What time is it?" I continued.

She just shrugged, "Around 9 am."

I nodded at her and looked at my surroundings, my eyes landed on the paper I was writing last night and my heart dropped to the ground as I quickly hid it under my pillow. I don't know what I'd do with myself if Nat read that paper.

Natalie looked happy, it almost made me feel like yesterday was just a bad dream and that it didn't exist.

"Wanna go out?" She spoke after a bit, sitting on the side of my bed.

"Uh, sure, you want me to call the squad or do you wanna call them?" I replied, still not completely awake.

"Oh, no, I meant just the two of us."

Best believe that I was completely awake by now. My eyes slightly widened and I sat up. It's not that Nat and I haven't been out alone before, it's just that after what went down yesterday I didn't expect her to want to be alone with me.

"Oh..." Was the only thing I was able to get out.

She nervously smiled and got up, "Only if you want to, it's okay if you want to invite the rest, it's also okay if you don't feel like going out at all, it's all okay," She ranted with anxiousness in her voice and turned around to walk out of the room.

I jumped out of my bed so fast I almost fell face first to the ground. I ran to Natalie and held her shoulder, stopping her from walking out.

"Nat, what idiot has the chance to go out with you alone and says no?" I told her, which caused her to turn back around towards me. A blush creeped on her cheeks and she slowly smiled.

"You really mean that?" She shyly asked.

I smiled back, "I don't say things I don't mean."

"Okay then, I already have today planned out, so you just get dressed into something nice."

I fake gasped, "Natalie, are you taking me on a date?" I asked, teasing her.

Her blush increased at first but then she rolled her eyes and gathered her attitude, "Only if you want to call it one," She spoke with confidence and slightly winked at me, turning around and walking out of the room.

Damn, that hit my heart.

Natalie's P.O.V

The moment I walked out of David's room, my mind went crazy. Did I really just wink at him? Jesus, Natalie.

I rushed to my room to get dressed, I needed to wear something nice. I decided to wear the same outfit I wore when I was supposed to meet up with Shawn, since David seemed to like it so much.

I wasn't going to lie, I was really excited. I looked forward to today, I had a feeling that it was going to be a good one.

I walked out of my room after I was ready, and I bumped into David in the hallway. He was ready too, he wore all black, like usual.

"Just like I told you two days ago, beautiful," He complimented me, and I blushed. I blushed so much around this man it was pissing me off, mo one was really able to make me blush but him.

"Thank you, you look handsome as well," I told him, gaining back my confidence.

He laughed, "I wear this everyday,"

"Yeah, well you look handsome everyday," I informed him, taking his hand and pulling him to the door so we could leave.

I made sure to glance at him a few times as I was pulling him to the door, and he was blushing so hard it made me smile.

We walked out of the house and I closed the door. David looked at both the tesla and the Ferrari.

He had a smug look on his face as he twirled the keys of the Ferrari between his fingers, "The Ferrari is made for dates, isn't it."

I playfully rolled my eyes and pushed him towards it, "Let's just go," I told him. He laughed and walked up to the passenger side to open the door for me. I got in and he shut it then went over to the drivers side and got in.

"Where to?" He asked.

I smiled, "Any bakery you desire so we could get some pastries."

He just nodded and started the car.

It didn't take long before we got to a bakery. David got us a box of pastries, it mostly had croissants, but there was a bunch of other pastries that I couldn't really identify but they looked so damn good.

He handed me the box and started the car again, "And now?"

"The park," I informed him and he smiled, starting to drive.

We got to the park in no time since it was really close to the bakery we were just at. David stopped the car and got out of it, then he rushed to my side and opened my door.

"Thank you," I smiled at him, getting out of the car with the box of pastries in my hands.

He shut the door behind me and locked the car as I walked inside the park. He followed me and I kept walking until I reached a spot that was all grass and there wasn't anyone around.

I nodded at David, "Okay, we'll sit here."

He looked around, "But there aren't any benches?"

"Who said we needed them?" I replied with a soft laugh, placing the box on the ground and sitting next to it. I crossed my legs and looked at Dave, "Care to join?"

He laughed and sat down in front of me. We opened the box of pastries and started to eat, they were delicious.

After we were done, I leaned against a close tree to let the food digest and shit. David looked at me with a smile so wide his cheeks almost exploded.

"What?" I asked shyly.

"I'm sorry, I'm just trying to make sure that I'm still on earth and haven't been sent to heaven yet, since you can only see something that beautiful up there," He said, giving me a wink.

And for the hundredth time today, I blushed again.
