"Hi, Gage, so new developments here---"

"Oh my fucking god I blocked your number why are you calling me??" Gage must not be having a good day.

"I got a new phone because my daughter took mine, thank you for letting me know that though---I wanted to let you know, I died today," I say, as I scrub blood off the tile floor of my house.

"You died and yet you're still talking to me this is like some sort of nightmare----you have a daughter? Again with the somebody voluntarily having sex with you thing? And knowingly carrying your spawn? I call bullshit. Goodbye."

"You're very funny, I was fatally wounded yet I'm still alive no pulse, same as you. I'm guessing you died when your arm came off. I was infected, but I didn't die until now, Ian I still haven't figured out, also, is it a monsoon where you are because it is here?" I ask.

"Yes, we're busy here now so I'm going to have to let you go and I'm going to block this number as well goodbye, do not ever, ever call me," Gage says.

"Love you," I say. He hangs up.

I shrug and dial my number. Hopefully they answer. Of course they do one of them is related to me.

"Who is this?" Ellory asks.

"Ellory you need to pull over and seek shelter, this storm isn't stopping and I think that it's about to get very dangerous," I say, staring out the windows.

"Why are you calling me?"

"Listen to me last time they came from the water. This time they are going to come from the thunder and the lightening tell Sundance he knows our research. It's happing again. I'm assuming that monsters will be involved. You need to find somewhere safe to shelter and stay there, you should have my knife from Sundance's back use that," I instruct.

"Where are you?" she asks.

"At my house, cleaning up blood in case police come. Now I'm not going hurt you, sweetheart, but these creatures are, you need to seek shelter preferably surrounded by people light might deter them but I don't know, I'm going with fire ---that would be the best bet. You and Sundance need to get Gray to a safe place and feed him if you haven't already," I instruct.

"We'll be far from you," she says, and then she hangs up. I would try to trace her location from the call but it's my phone I have it protected from all that. and I'm sure she's thought to ditch her phone by now Sundance will have told her that I have access to the FBI system and I can track them if I want to. I sigh. All I can do is pray that she heeds my warning.
