When you started to stir, Thomas pulled you closer, trying to stop you from moving away from him. You slowed your movement and Thomas smiled to himself.

The sun had just started to rise and had started to shine through the window. The sunlight hit his back and he stretched somewhat as it started to warm him. He opened his eyes with a sigh and looked down at you.

You were still sleeping, however, he could tell you would up soon too. Your face was still dug into his chest and your hand was still intertwined with his shirt. He smiled again as he lifted one of his hands and started running it through your hair.

He did this until you stirred again and opened your eyes. He removed his hand and looked down at you. You let go of his shirt, your hand stiff from not moving, and rubbed your eyes. You looked up at him and gave a small yawn.

"Mornin' Thomas..."

Thomas grunted and you smiled. You shut your eyes and sighed.

"I suppose we should get up soon, huh?"

Thomas gave a groan and shook his head. You shrugged and laid your head back down onto his chest with a sigh.

"Alright. Five more minutes..."

Thomas nodded and shut his eyes again. You did as well. You started to drift back into sleep but that was cut dead short when Hoyt barged in through the door. Thomas shot up and pulled you up with him, accidentally dragging you into his lap.
Thomas grabbed your hips and stopped dead when he met Hoyt eye to eye. You stared at Hoyt who sat there wide eyed. Thomas stared too. He had a somewhat scared look in his eyes and Hoyt stared at him.

"Thomas, what in the hell is going on in here?!"

Thomas quickly looked at you and shook his head furiously. You looked to Thomas and then jerked your head back to Hoyt. Hoyt stood there glaring at you now. You swallowed a bit and glanced at Thomas.

"It really isn't what it might seem like, Hoyt..."

"Like hell it ain't. You two better have some damn good reason why he's in your room and in your bed."

You gave a nervous look to Thomas who just stared down at you. He had no idea how you two were gonna explain this either.

"Well. Um...Thomas-"

"Ya know what? I don't care. Just get your asses up and go downstairs. Breakfast is almost done."

Hoyt turned back and slammed the door as he left. You looked over at Thomas who stared at the door. He had an 'Oh shit' Look on his face. You gave a nervous laugh and turned back to face him. His grip on you had lightened a bit as you heard him storming down the steps.

Thomas slowly released you, placing his hands on either side of himself. You sat there, still in his lap, staring at the door. Thomas grunted and you turned around. He turned his head and you looked down.  Realizing you were still on him your eyes widened and you quickly got off of him.

"Uh...sorry."

Thomas shrugged and slid out of bed. He calmly walked over to the rocking chair and pulled his things off of it. You nodded to yourself and turned to the dresser. The stack of clothes still sat there. You went through it once before getting some jeans and a plain white shirt. You turned to Thomas, who was fixing his tie. You smiled and grabbed your boots from the bed side.

"Thomas, I'm gonna go change in the bathroom. Okay?"

He turned, looked you over once and nodded. You nodded back and headed to the door, Thomas followed behind you and as you turned to go down the hall he grabbed your arm. You stopped and turned to face him.

He let go of your arm and looked at the ground for a moment before looking back to you. He fiddled with his hands intertwining them and rocking back on his feet somewhat.

You stared at him with a confused look. He looked as if he was trying to get his thoughts together but couldn't. After a while he just shook his head and stared at the ground with a look of frustration. He gave a small growl and turned away.

You stood there in complete confusion until you slowly turned away and went into the bathroom. You changed and left, trotting down the stairs and into the dinning room.

As you entered, Luda glanced up at you with a smile. You returned it and caught Hoyt's stare. You looked away at the floor and let your eyes wonder up to Thomas. He didn't look up from his food, in fact, he even seemed to turn away from your glance.

You bit the corner of your lip and slowly sat down, feeling awkward. Luda passed you a plate of food and you began eating, playing with some of it. Once in a while you would raise your eyes to Thomas but he didn't dare look back. He just kept his eyes down, focused on his plate.

As you finished you watched as Thomas stood up and left. You turned back slightly when you heard the front doors shut loudly. You turned back around and glanced up at Hoyt. He had already been staring at you. You quickly looked away and finished eating before you left to go find Thomas.
