YG Entertainment has announced that BIGBANG's maknae, Hannah, will be taking a break due to medical issues. The statement was released a few days after BIGBANG's first world tour ended and stated that Hannah will be taking a break due to personal medical issues that will not be shared.

We regret to inform you that Hannah will be taking a break from all promotions due to personal medical issues that she has asked to keep private and ask fans to respect her privacy during these tough times.
However, BIGBANG will still be actively promoting as 5-members for the time being and continue to the scheduled appearances without Hannah who expresses her sincerest apologies for not being able to attend.
She is resting and will return when doctors clear her. All expected appearances planned for her are to be cancelled and fans will be asked to leave gifts through the receptionist area.'
Fans expressed their gratitude that Hannah is looking after herself and leave messages on her latest post on Instagram, showing their support to the idol who is resting well and BIGBANG members are showing their support by sending her small tweets.

"Good. The boys will be back soon. Rest up." she tells me, ushering me to my room and closing the door but I couldn't get comfortable so I sneak into Daesung's room and lay down on his plush bed hoarded with Doraemon plushies.
FEW HOURS LATER
"Nannie, wake up." someone cooed and I see Seungri in front of me as I grumbled incoherent words before throwing my hoodie on and crawling into Seungri's arms, allowing him to carry me out as G-Dragon throws everyone side to hold me.
"My poor baby, how are you?" he asks, completely ignoring Seungri's presence as TOP comes to my side as I whine for some food and see Taeyang cooking possibly my favorite thing in the entire world; his kimchi fried rice.
Breaking into a tired grin, I sit down on the bar stool and check the time; 7:43pm. "Oh shoot, I need to have my medicine." I try to grab the pill bottle but it's too high for me to reach so Taeyang reaches it for me.
After dinner, I'm lounging in my room when my phone goes off. "Hello?" I answer and hear the screech of my brother yelling from across Gangnam as I flinch back to protect my eardrums.
"YAH! HOW COULD YOU DO THAT!" he screams "MY EARDRUMS, BE QUIET YOU BRAT!" I retort
