Gaara's past

I walked next to Gaara it was quiet, toooooo quiet. "Gaara",I said breaking the silence.he looked towards me. "Why are you always gloomy".he ignored me and looked at his hands, I kinda felt bad saying that now! "I know your a jinchuriki and I know everyone is scared of you just because of the power you hold, but don't let that get to you",I said reassuring him. "How do I know I can trust you",he said. "If I came here to cause harm I would've done that a long time ago",I grinned. 

"I was looked as a monster in my village, the power I held would scare them all.i was alone, all alone and all I wanted was a person who didn't fear me but loved me.I was treated as an outcast; a weapon which was used in wars and combats.There was this one person who loved me, my uncle.He would make me feel 'human' he would treat me like one of them". "As long as one person loves you then it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks"I stated. "But he was a spy working for my father, the Kazekage. And he tried to assassinate me he told me that he never loved me but pretended because my father had ordered him and then at the right time try to kill me. 

Gaara' flashback

"So you didn't want to kill me but father ordered you",I cried. "NO I HAVE ALWAYS HATED YOU, YOU HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SOMEON I DESPISE IN MY EYES.I NEVER FELT SYMPATHY FOR YOU, MY SISTER DIED GIVING BIRTH TO YOU;A MONSTER.Tears rolled down my face, every word he said left a mark on me, I started panting and it was as if I had no control over me.The next thing I knew he was lying on the floor with eyes opened.

"Gaara...Gaara",I said.I shook his shoulder.He widened his eyes and he turned to look at me. "Ya know your not that bad",I grinned trying to lighten up the mood. "Naruto, he changed me, he showed me the right path and became my friend.Naruto he's the one who saved Gaara from the akatsuki? "Whose he",I said curious. "You'll see",he said closing his eyes".

Gaara's pov

I stopped and looked up at the night sky. "Let's camp here for tonight",i said.she nodded.There was no doubt she was kakashi's daughter; grey, silky hair and light blue eyes and she's so calm around me.

May's pov

I never knew Gaara had such a tragic past, I STILL DONT REGRET PRANKING HIM THOUGH.i smirked remembering the look on his face!

I yawned gaara came back with some sticks, being the kind person I am, I helped him carry it.I couldn't help giggle when I saw gaara try to start a fire. A pissed looking Gaara stared at me. "Move, let me try",I smirked.He took three steps back I did the hand signs for fire ball jutsu.I put my hands on my waist, "EASY",i said. Gaara looked at me and sweat dropped.

Gaara set up a tent while I went near a river side to catch some fish something I had grown use too.i came back with two fishes and I saw that Gaara had FINALLY set up the tent.Wait there was only one tent? "HEY GAARA WHY IS THERE ONLY ONE TENT SET UP". "Sorry there was only one tent, I'll sleep outside",he said. "Don't worry I'm used to sleeping outside you sleep in the tent",I replied.He smiled slightly and nodded.I cooked the two fish and then we digged in.MAN FISH HAS NEVER TASTED THIS GOOD.

We then parted ways and I rested my head on the grass.I was wide awake and looking up at the night sky. I couldn't believe it I was going to the village,I was going to see my father again.All the sweat, tears and blood were going to pay off.I was going home.

I slowly closed my eyes and I felt as though I was being levitated I ignored the feeling and thought I was just really tired.

I woke up the next morning and it was really warm I slightly opened my eyes and noticed I was inside the tent I looked around and I couldn't see Gaara. I lifted myself up from the comfortable position and I rubbed my eyes and did some few stretches before I got out of the tent i saw Gaara starting a fire SURPRISINGLY it worked. I activated my sharingan then threw my kunai towards the river and caught a fish.BULLSEYE! Gaara looked at me "Good timing", he said.

"Hey Gaara...thanks for being my friend" I said with tears in my eyes. "F-friend",Gaara said.I stood up, "I'm sorry a kazekage wouldn't wanna be friends with someone like me" I grinned trying to hide my sadness. Gaara stood up and stretched him arm out towards me.He looked at me in a way he had never done before...I shook his hand and grinned.
