Saturday, 12:30pm

Killua felt the cool water run down his fingers as reached for a towel. The plates clinked in the sink as he scrubbed any residue off. He glanced back at Gon.

He had a large smile on his face. Killua rolled his eyes playfully, turning his attention back to the plates.

"What're we planning to do today?", Gon perked up from the counter. Killua sighed, focusing his attention to the dishes. "Whatever it is, we gotta get outta here quick before my family comes home...", he responded. Gon's shoulders tensed and he quickly pulled out his phone.

"Shit", he cussed under his breath. Killua smiled, knowing exactly what he was freaking out about. "Crap, crap, crap", Gon said, unlocking his phone and heading for the phone icon. Before he could scroll through the contacts, the phone rang. Gon nervously picked it up, breath shaking.

"H-hey, Mito...", he stuttered. Killua laughed as Gon yanked the phone from his ear, voice yelling on the other side. "I'm sorry", Gon spoke softly. Killua could hear the voice continue to nag. Killua reaches up and placed the plates back in the cabinet. "Yes, I know... it won't happen again. I'm sorry", Gon spoke, biting his lip. Killua leaned on the counter and smiled. 'At least he means it...', he thought.

Gon nodded, as if he was in front of the female. "Okay I will. Bye. I'm sorry", he hung up the phone. He let out a deep grumble and leaned back in the stool. "Gotta be home by 6:30 tonight", he groaned. Killua laughed. "Well at least she let you off the hook", he spoke.

Gon moves his caramel eyes to Killua. "Yeah, that's only because I was with you...", he spoke solemnly.

Killua clapped his hands. "Well, just means we gotta do something right now!", he exclaimed. Gon's frown slowly formed into a smile. "Yeah, okay".

Killua ran towards the hall, out of sight. Gon watched him curiously. He quickly came back, practically skipping off his toes. "You'll need your shoes though", he said, tossing them to Gon.

Gon caught the sneakers and slipped them on. Killua did the same and grabbed the keys out of the black bowl. Gon followed behind to the front door. "Still can't believe your family owns a Ferrari...", he spoke. Killua just shrugged his shoulders. The front door clicked open before Killua could grab a hold of it.

It was Illumi.

His long black hair was tied in to a tight bun and he wore a white button up, with sleek black pants. His eyes lifelessly stared at the two.

Killua froze in position, while Gon's shoulders tensed a bit.

"Hey, Kill", he spoke.

Killua could feel his lip start to tremble. He thought his family wouldn't be back till later, giving him enough time to get Gon out of the house. He stared at Illumi but didn't say anything.

Illumi slowly moved his eyes from Killua to Gon. His eyes glued to his. Gon clenched his teeth but tried to remain calm.

"Who's this, Kill?", Illumi spoke, still looking at Gon. Killua worriedly moved his eyes to Gon. He face felt colder and his palms felt sweaty. "H-his name's Gon", he barely spoke out.

Gon gave him a nervous smile. Illumi just stared at him. "Why didn't you tell me about Gon?", Illumi asked, quickly turning his head to Killua. Killua furrowed his brows. "Well, maybe I didn't want too". The older male shrugged and tilted his head. His eyes stared Killua down.

"You know how mom and dad feel about bringing guests over unnoticed".

Killua looked to the side, shamefully. "Don't worry we're leaving now", he mumbled. Illumi moves his eyes back to Gon. "Okay. Well, have fun and don't do anything you're too young for", he spoke, shamelessly.
