Steven x Connie a Steven universe fan fic

Part 9

Connie woke up the next morning she stretched and was about to get up when she felt something wrapped around her chest she looked down to see Stevens arm wrapped around her. She really didn't want to but lucky she didn't have to make a discussion as Steven moved his arm. Connie turned to face him as his eyes flutter open "o..ohh hi"he said a blush forming on his face "hey" she said her face turning completely red as she got up and went to have a shower.

Pearl was cleaning the kitchen when she saw connie coming down the stairs "strange the bedding I laid out for connie hasn't been touched" pearl thought to her self as she looked at the pile of sheets and blankets she had set out on the couch the previous night pearl suddenly felt her gem drop "what if they were trying to make a child. WOULD STEVEN DIE WOULD CONNIE DIE WHO WOULD GET THE GEM WOULD PINK COME BACK WOULD THEY ALL DIE" pearl thought to her self as she started to hyperventilate she tried to calm her self down " no Steven would never do such a thing... would he" pearl was pulled out of her thoughts. " ummmm pearl you ok" Steven asked as he waved a hand in front of her face "uhhhh... y.yes" she said as she ran to her room as fast as her skinny birb legs would carry her.

Steven waited for connie to finish showering he eventually heard the water turn off and Connie come out. "Hey connie" Steven said patting the couch "what is it" she asked "well" he said a blush already on his face "we've kissed a couple times but I just need to tell you this. Connie I really like you and I really want you to like me to so connie will you be my girlfriend" Steven asked all in one go before panting to catch his breath connie just sat there shocked "Connie?" Steven asked "YES!" Connie screamed as she tackled him in a hug "yes of course" she said through tears of happiness. The laughter soon stoped and Steven moved closer to connie there lips just millimeters apart Steven could feel the heat of her breath then they connected and began to kiss passionately, suddenly they heard the fridge open. " oh sorry am interrupting something" amethyst laughed pointing at them. They both blushed at the suggestive position they were in (Connie on top of Steven) the quickly separated "w.well I better get going my mum will be here any moment" connie said still panting for breath. " I'll help you get your stuff".

"Goodbye" Steven said sadly as he stod at the top of stairs "hey don't be sad I'm sure will meet agian before I go back to school" connie said as she went in for a hug Steven embraced her giving her a quick peck on the lips before she ran off to her mothers car.

TTTTTTTT TIME SKIP——————

It was the first day of school connie was extatick normal she wasn't this exited for school but today was different today she was going with her best friend and boyfriend Steven said he would pick her up just early so they could get Stevens visitors pace so she sat eagerly at the door awaiting his arrival.

Steven walked out side of his house pearl had packed him a bag and he was ready for his day with Connie he walked around outside until he found lion. "Come on wake up" Steven said the large animal didn't budge "you'll get to see connie" lion opened his eyes and rolled over to face Steven but ultimately still didn't move "sigh I'll give you a lion licke..."Steven didn't get to finish his sentence as the pink feline bounded up Steven climbed on his back and rode home to Connie's

Steven appeared in front of Connie's house and went to nock on the door but before he could it swung open "STEVEN" connie yelled as she hugged him tight "CONNIE" Steven yelled as he hugged back giving her a quick kiss "come on we're going to be late " Steven said as he pulled away.

The two made it to the large school building and jumped off lion "you wait here lion I'll be back at the end of that day" Steven said as he pet the large cat. They walked inside the building and were greeted by the principal "hello connie and you must be Steven a pleasure to meet you" he said as he held out his hand "a pleasure to meet you to Steven said as he shock there hand "come I'll get you you paces" he said as he led them inside the building.

Steven and Connie sat in the principals office as he printed off a pice of laminated card "here you go if any teachers or staff ask you show them this card ok" he said as he handed Steven the card "and Connie you show him around make him feel welcome" "will do " she said as the two of them got up and left. Classes were now starting and Steven and Connie's first class was math Steven had some troubles but with some help from the teachers and Connie he got the general idea. Eventually it was lunch and Steven and Connie sat down when suddenly there was a loud noise "CONNIE" someone yelled they looked around until they saw her Jessica siting at a table waving at the she quickly got up and came over to them "Jessica it's so good to see too how have you been" connie asked " great what about you" she asked "amazing" connie answered a small blush appearing on her face thinking about that night last week.
"So what about you Steven what have you been up to" Jessica said eagerly "well not much really" he said taking a bit out of the sandwich pearl had packed him "hey connie" a small voice said as it sat down "who are these people " he asked "Oh hi Jeff, this is Jessica and this is Steven" connie said pointing to her friends "ok, cool" Jeff said "hi I'm steven" Steven said shaking Jeff's hand. The group ate lunch together and eventually went off to there separate classes.

After school
"So how did you like it" connie asked as they rode lion back to her house "it was great I met so many nice people and I got to hang out with you" he said blushing. They reached Connie's house "well this is my stop" connie said as she slid off lion "ok goodbye" Steven said sadly "wait before you go" Steven said as he pulled connie in for a goodbye kiss tilting his head to deepen it "cough cough" they both turned around red faced to see Doug standing there connie quickly ran inside as Doug staird at Steven before closing the door. Steven climbed back on lion and went home

Yay chapter completed I told you this one would be extra long anyway I hope you enjoyed did you like the new character would be a shame if something were to happen to them
