"He did what?"
Clay had to make sure he heard you correctly. As you stood at your locker telling him about Zach.
"I said no, I said no because of Hannah."
"So the only thing keeping you from going out with the guy is Hannah?"
Clay raised his voice.
"Yes?"
You were confused about why he was getting angry.
"He just like everyone else Y/N, who knows how many other girls he screwed over."
"Clay, he seems nice, but I'm not taking any chances. I have to fight for Hannah I can't be distracted by some pretty boy."
You close your locker door and walk away before Clay can get angrier, however, Clay isn't finished and yells at you from down the hallway.
"Everyone is just so nice until they drive you to kill yourself!"
You freeze in your tracks, everyone goes silent, looking at you and Clay. Without turning around you continue your way out of the school.
