The snake haired woman let out a hiss as you tackled her. You quickly contained her and let out a sigh.

She had been the center of a few crime rings and it was a bit of a relief  that you had finally caught her. Handing her over to the police who were shortly behind you, you decided to head back home.

You weren't yet used to the exercise of your job, you had come back to work just three weeks ago after settling things with Katsuki over your feelings and finally being able to feel like you could move on.

Of course, there was still pain and you tried not to think to much about it, but it wasn't as painful as it used to be.

You took out your keys from your bag and moved to unlock the door. To your surprise you noticed the lock was open so you grasped your keys and opened the door.

The house lights were on, strangely, usually Katsuki would be asleep when you got home as an underground hero works primarily at night. It was well past midnight.

You stepped in, closing the door behind you quietly.

The house was quiet. No sounds, smells, or sights. You put your things down on the side table next to the door and walked forward curiously.

You looked around before turning your head and seeing a figure slouched at the table.

Walking forward, you peered over and saw Katsuki's peaceful sleeping face tucked into his arms. You blinked and noticed a small plate filled with cookies.

You smirked to yourself at the sight, knowing that he didn't bake often. You grabbed one stuffing it into your mouth before turning back to him.

Lightly, you tapped his shoulder causing him to stir.

"Katsuki, you need to get up and go to bed, you're to heavy for me to carry right now." You spoke softly.

He slowly sat up, breathing deeply as he stood. He looked dead and like he was gonna pass out in seconds so you grabbed his arm and helped lead him into the room.

He fell onto the bed and you went to the closet to get comfortable clothes on. After tugging on your shirt you turned and leapt onto the bed, nearly landing on him.

Katsuki grumbled a few incoherent words but otherwise said and did nothing. Your eyes shone lightly in the little bit of moomlight that flitted from a small crack in the curtains of a nearby window.

You shut them and began to fall asleep when you got sad. There was no real reason for it but there you were anyways, small, salty tears pricking your closed eyes.

Sniffing quietly, you opened your eyes again slightly and, after a few minutes, wriggled into the open space by Katsuki's side, pressing your face into it.

Your upper back was rubbed affectionately in response. You smiled a bit.

"I luf you." You mumbled, not even sure if he was still awake.
