Context:
The his dark materials tv show started today and we just watched the first episode and it was pretty darn good
As someone who read the books recently I remembered all the details
My mum had read them several times so she knew the details too
And my sister
Well the moose read them once and seems to remember the ds game more than she remembers the books
At one point I asked
"Do you remember how the first book ended?"
"...I remember how the second one began" was her response
Because the main thing she can remember from the series is that at the beginning of the second book Lyra and Will go to the cinema
But full tea
A main thing that I remember from the second/third (I think it was in a bit of both) books was the gay angels
I don't remember their names
I'm gonna google them now
