There seems to be a common theme of people (specifically kids) dying in things by Susan Hill
Because my mum and dad are watching something based on a book she wrote and a kid just drowned
In "King of the Castle" one of the kids commits suicide by drowning himself
And the protagonist and a dog almost drown in the woman in black
So yea
Just something I picked up on
