I just wrote a scene for Scarred and it was in Cas' POV and tbh it reminded me of a Steven Universe meme which was like "Steven used to be a kid eating a rock but now he has PTSD"
But instead it's more like:
Just a few chapters ago Cas was eating cake Now he has PTSD
