So it was mostly the same for the first seven palaces + exploring mementos depths

You still kill god

The biggest differences are the introduction of Kasumi (or is she??), Maruki and a confidant with Akechi that doesn't progress with the story and that you have to progress yourself

So

It got to Christmas Eve
The day you kill a god

And I had just murdered
G od

And usually Sae (Makoto's sister) comes and tells you to turn yourself in to help the police convict Shido
And usually you do after spending Christmas Eve with your girlfriend

BUT THEN
as she's telling you to turn yourself in
AKECHI shows up all like "that won't be necessary, I'll turn myself in. You go hang with your gf joker"

So that happens
I hang out with Haru cause she's my gf in P5R

Then the phantom thieves spend Christmas together and after supposedly dying after we kill g o d
Morgana comes back

And all is well

Hell, we even spend New Year's Eve together

Then New Year's Day comes around
Kasumi invites you to go to Meiji Shrine with her
And everything seems chill

But where's Mona?

Well you go downstairs and there's some strange guy who seems to know you but you just kinda ignore it and head to the shrine

You even encounter the other phantom thieves but something is definitely off about them

Futaba mentions her mum being alive
Same with Haru but her dad instead

And joker is getting very confused and ngl so am I

So you go home and the next day

Boom
Wakaba (Futaba's DEAD mum) is there and alive and well

And it's all rlly weird

That's when Akechi (who should be in prison but we'll get onto that) shows up and is like

"Joker, get your but over here"

Oh and that strange guy who seemed to recognise joker
