Writing not much at the moment, sorry.

The sky was overcast and dreary. Many lifes have been lost in these last days. Many have been foung butally murdered and beaten. The VAKs have dissapeared, not a trace, no one even saw them leave. Vaktus has not been heard from, WAC was missing. The total count of MI dead is 30,000. That was not including the MIA and any other branches. Only eight of the twenty generals were still alive.
The men on the gate looked down with terror. The man was laying dead on the ground infront of me, my morita smoking and still aimed. Two medics rushed to his side then fell back.
"he... he... "
"He isn't MB, and 'he', is not a he." I spoke calmly.
"wha.. WHAT IS THAT!?!" one of the medics spewed still on the ground. I kicked the body into the water next to the bridge.
"That my medics, was a sorry excuse for a clone. Vaktus must have cloned my guard, and couldnt get him to talk. "
The soldiers on the gate watched with wild eyes as the event unfolded.
"You two, go make help find any survivors," I told the medics, "The rest of you, get ready for a flow of injured men." I then yelled to the gate. I checked the comm, it was dead. The vakkies must have taken out the tower. I started off to the main base, commanding troops as I went. This capital was no longer under seige, but was still scared beyond any repair.
Three days later
"Ma'am! We have gotten the satellite comms working, and have hooked up the computers in the meeting room." spoke Commander AFE.
"Good, are people still coming in?" I asked almost completely disregarding the commanders first statement.
"No ma'am, they stopped this morning. All the bodies are being tagged and labeled." Her head went down. I left her to the rest of her duties, and walked up to the meeting room, so many injured and suffering, it was too sad to stay. The report was correct, exactly two computers were working in the meeting room. I logged onto one, and a message popped up.
' Poppy, Horatio, and Rocket, A new city has been built. Move in will take place in two days. SSU will bring skimmers to help move the soldiers. -WAC'
New city? SSU? All of these terms had not been discussed. I clicked my new comm device.
"Horatio, Rocket you there?" I listened for a reply.
"Greetings." The youngest of the SiC's, but possibly one of the smartest, book wise, replied. "What is it you need?"
"Words sent a message. Did you get it?"
"No, didn't know he had any contacts. Where did all the SH go?"
"Good question, and an FYI, we move out of this city in two days, get any able people to repair the skimmers that still work, we will need extra space." With that, the small chat ended. The next day we held a memorial service, and packed what we had left. Horatio and I working nonstop around the clock. On the day of the move, Rocket announced that he would be retiring once every one met up with WAC, leaving a new spot open for SIC. Everyone packed up with the new 'Special Service Unit' flying, we left the torn down city on the horizon.
