I'd run as fast as my legs could carry me. I felt my chest screaming and my lungs were killing me. I looked over at Galaxy, who had also been running with me. He had a scared look on his face. I was scared, too. Scared of slowing down, looking back at that -- Thing. I could hear it laughing at me demonically, "YOU CAN'T RUN FOREVER!" I'd gulp.
I had woken up to find this thing that was now chasing me. I ran to Galaxy, who jumped out of bed with me, and we both started running. I could hear demonic grunts coming from this thing -- I'd cringe. He had a sloppy-styled looking hoodie on that looked like Reverse's. Reverse was the opposite of Rainbow and our enemy. He always creeped me out, and that's why I was scared of this guy behind me - whoever he was. He had an abnormally long demonic smile that went from ear to ear and fully black eyes, which was a first for me. I had never met a Steve that had fully black eyes -- and it was giving me even more of a reason to be scared.
His face went from a demonic smile to gritted teeth and a ferocious growl in no time. He swiped his hands, trying to claw at me as I turned back around and ran. My mind raced wildly and I dashed over a couple rocks, hoping to lose him somewhere in the forest I ran into. I closed my eyes and tried to concentrate my breathing. I'm not kidding you when I told you that my chest was on fire. I felt the burning going right through my chest and into my heart -- not in a mental way, it was really painful. I couldn't process anything around me. Everywhere I looked there was flashing colors. I blinked to see where I was going and quickly closed my eyes again so I wouldn't be blinded.
I kept running until I hit a tree. I yelped, my chest was numb, and so was my head. A sudden tiredness fell over me, almost knocking me out. Thankfully, the adrenaline kept me from doing so.
And again.
I felt like my eyes were being forced closed, but I refused. I'd finally skid to a stop in the middle of the lush forest - to my eyes, neon Hell. I had enough time to quickly open my eyes and look around.
The sky around me had turned black and the tree's once brown bark had turned yellow. I held my right hand across my mouth, holding back talking. The grass had turned an evil-looking purple, almost like Galaxy's dimension.
"What the actual..!?" Was all I could think. But more so, I was wondering...
"Why aren't I scared?"
"Shouldn't I be freaking out? The world around me has turned to neon colors... Why am I not scared? Why does this seem natural!?"
Suddenly, I heard the grass rustle an unnatural tune. My heart skipped a beat as I turned around slowly. My eyes were wide and a worried look sprang across my face.
"YOU'RE IT!"
I gulped, the Reverse guy jumping on me, causing both of us to tumble to the ground. Last flashes of purple grass shook my vision. I shut my eyes and braced for impact last second.
SMACK!

CRACKLE! Tap, tap, tap...
I awoke from the lightning, scaring me almost out of bed, before I realized I could barely move. Almost silent raindrops gently patted the window.
"Mmmm..." I'd finally speak-- Err, hum. My head was pounding.
"What just happened..?"
I could barely recall anything. I closed my eyes again and moaned in pain. My head was pounding and my throat was dry. My body was wrapped in a warm blanket, although it was late Summer. Jeez, it was helping my chest, though. It had settled down a bit--
