Hummmmm...
I was still unconscious-- Well, I thought so, at least. I kept hearing this low humming sound - It hadn't gone away ever since I fainted. I couldn't move, and I was still in the same position as before - When that 'X' guy knocked me out. I couldn't speak or do anything - I was sort of just stuck there, doing nothing. I laid there for what was probably a couple minutes, but boy - It felt like hours of just-- sitting there.
"Am I... Dead? Is this what death feels like..?"
...
Squee....!
"Agh..!"
I heard this ear-piercing squeal. It sort of reminded me of the way Rainbow used to squeal-- when he was happy. I couldn't remember the last time Rainbow was happy, other than in the Rainbow Town. Yeah-- It sounded like him squealing, just - extremely annoying. It got to the point where I wanted to scream in agony - But in my current condition, I was powerless. Helpless. Hopeless.
"Lifeless..."
The squealing became so bad I began to get light-headed. I felt like I couldn't breathe, and it was driving me insane.
"What the Hell is happening!? Why can't I just--AGH!" I'd mentally yell at whatever was restraining me. I was sick and tired of just laying around for eternity, but what could I do? I'm-- again, powerless.
The pain in my head grew immensely, and the squealing noise continued, and every couple seconds I could feel the source of the sound creep up to me, making the sound louder. I felt like I was dying, if I wasn't already dead.
Suddenly, I felt like I was levitating - as if I wasn't being held onto by gravity, I was just floating. I felt like I was in water - my hair felt like it was gently being pulled on and my hood had fallen off. I couldn't move around to check for sure, but it felt so.
I felt my eyelids forced open, and if I could flinch, I would. I'd do anything if I could. But before I could think any further, I was interrupted by a strong, white light that surrounded my vision. I'd blink a couple times to see if anything would change, but to no avail. I'd respond by shutting my eyes as secure as I could.
Thump.
"Huh..?"
I felt my knees collide with what I'd assume was the ground, where or whenever the ground had appeared. I was afraid I'd be stuck in black and white abyss forever.
"So--...I'm not dead..?"
Well, I was on ground, so if being dead meant floating in abyss, no - I wasn't. But how would I know what death felt like..? I had never died, and from what I know, I haven't lived more than just this life - If there is such thing as being reborn, that is. In a world like this-- I wouldn't be surprised. I keep saying that, huh? It's true. In this world, anything seems possible.
"Anything..."
"It almost seems like anything is possible in this world.."
I sat in silence-- It was actually sort of ironic, how someone like myself who wanted to move so bad was sitting still-- now with the full ability to move around, like normal. I sorta smiled and giggled slightly it was that ironic.
SMACK! CRACKLE-CRACKLE...
I nearly jumped off my knees and into the air - Lightning followed by a clap of thunder tickled my eardrum, alarming me.
"We killed off everyone who's evil, didn't we...?"
That question left me with another small knot in my stomach.
