Peter isn't SpiderMan until a later chapter.
Peter never had the best luck, he called it his Parker luck. He was always put into bad homes never any nice ones, it was just his luck. He was always moving from home to home. And never stayed anywhere longer than 7 months.
His morning routine had been the same for the 3 months that he'd been living with his current foster family.
Get dressed in whatever clothes were clean and put his glasses on. He'd put his shoes on, get his bag and something fro lunch before leaving to get to school. Where he was labelled as a lonely outcast since he had no friends, he was different from everyone else, he was always alone.
But today was different, he wanted to disappear, he wanted to get away from everything, including himself. That was when he thought of something. It didn't work as planned last time but he was different, he had changed and grown. He was a different person.
After he got home from school he packed his bag. He couldn't stay there anymore, he didn't want to. He climbed out the window carefully and started walking, trying to find somewhere to stay for the night.
He ended up just walking around all night, he didn't trust people not to do something if he slept in a alley or on the street or something.
The next morning he was gonna go to school but when he got to the parking lot he saw a couple police officers and his social worker talking to the principal. He just tuned around and started walking hoping they didn't see him.
It had been over 3 weeks since he left his foster home, since he'd last been to school, since he had his last shower. Three weeks of running from his social worker, running from the police.
He walked into mall and into the bathroom, he splashed water on his face and took his toothbrush and toothpaste out his bag and brushed his teeth before leaving. He went into a clothes store to see if he could find a warm coat and a pair of boots since it was starting to get colder and his shoes were starting to fall apart.
He didn't have money for them since he still had to buy food so he subtly put them in his bag and walked out like nothing happened. He hated stealing every time he done it, which was a lot more than he liked.
But he was soon running from two security officers, he had ran from them so many times before that they knew all of Peter ways the good thing was Peter could run faster. He managed to get away by climbing a ladder to the roof on the other side of the street where they didn't see him go.
He threw his shoes away and put the boots on and put the coat on before getting off the top of the building the same way he got on and walked to the store he gets his food from usually. The guy who owned it, David, had gotten to know Peter the first time he had ran away, he only lasted a week that time.
David would gave him money off or stuff for free since he knew Peter didn't really have any money. The only money he managed to get was what he was able to find or steal. Or the few people he helped wash their cars or cut the grass.

A couple days past and he didn't know what he was actually going to do. He was busy thinking that he didn't realise a police car had stopped next to where he was walking, two officers stepped out.
"Peter?" She asked softly bringing him back to reality, "Is that that your name?"
"Uhh why?" Peter asked before realising they were cops and started panicking.
"Can you answer the question?" A different woman asked not as softly.
"Sorry I gotta go," Peter said starting to run with them both running after.
He was running down the streets of New York getting chased by the two officers, something he had seen many times before and had always promised that he wouldn't turn into one of those people.
He was running fast, they were pretty far behind. But the time he took to look behind him he didn't realise he was about to run into people until he was on the ground with one of them.
"Oh shit I'm sorry, are you okay?" Peter asked standing up looking to the man who was doing the same.
"Yeah I'm good, what're you doing running like that for in a street like this?"
"No reason," Peter said looking behind him seeing them catching up on him, "I've gotta go," Peter said quickly before running off as fast as before.
They soon realised what he had been running from but they both knew he was about to get away. The man handed his bags to the other, the one who fell with Peter and said he'd be back.
"Wait Steve you don't have to do this," Tony said after getting bags shoved into his chest.
"Yeah I do, this kid is probably used to getting away," Steve said taking off catching up with the two police officers almost immediately leaving Tony just standing there with all the bags.
Peter turned around to see someone else chasing him, shit, I am so screwed.
Peter tried running faster trying to get away from them but he wasn't fast enough to get away from Steve. He realised this when he got tackled to the ground by him and was held onto until the police got to him.
"Peter Parker, you're under arrest for running away from your foster home and for shop lifting," the police officer said hand cuffing him reading him his rights as they walked him back down the street to their car, walking past Tony who looked confused.
"So you caught him."
"Yeah, maybe it's for the best. He's been living on the streets it sounds like," Steve said watching Peter get put into the car.
"Yeah he did look really skinny. When we get a kid one day let's hope this doesn't happen to them," Tony said smiling handing him back some bags.
Steve smiled back as they watched the police car pull away.
