♥ CHAPTER 22 ♥

Mahir read the letter in Bela's phone and his face went pale.

It was an offer letter from Imperial college, London for Bachelor's in Business Administration.

Bela was offered a full time scholarship from the university.

Although he was very happy for her but the mere thought of Bela going far away from him was enough to break him.

He somehow managed to ask, ' When did you apply for this? '

' Months ago I had applied in this college. But I didn't expect this scholarship. ', replied Bela.

Mahir asked, ' Will you go l..leaving me?'

Bela couldn't control and hugged him tightly.

Bela said while hugging him, ' I've not decided anything yet.'

Mahir asked, ' How much time they have given?'

Bela replied, ' 2 months. I have to answer them before our board exams get over. What do you think I should do?'

Mahir broke the hug , looked in her eyes and replied, ' Do what your heart says Bela and I know it will take the  right decision. '

Bela nodded.

Both went to the police station to get the handcuffs open.

At night,
Bela was standing in the balcony of her room.
It was almost midnight but sleep was far from her eyes.

The moments spent with Mahir were coming into her mind.
She tried to sleep but something was missing.
What? Umm, The warmth of Mahir's strong arms!

Past 2 days she had slept a peaceful sleep without any nightmares.
And the credit goes to Mahir!

Next Morning,
Bela was sitting at the breakfast table sipping her morning tea.

After waking whole night, she realised that she was deeply in love with Mahir.

' MAHIR! ', smiled Bela, ' this name has changed my life. Before meeting him, I was living my life. He taught me to enjoy life. He taught me to find happiness in small small things. And I've finally came to a conclusion that
I LOVE MAHIR! '

' Earlier I was the one who used to tell people that love is the waste of time and now I..', chuckled Bela, ' Bela, gone are the days when you were THE BELA SHARMA. '

At school,
Vish asked, ' Bela, I am sitting with Vikrant. Can you please sit with..'

' I'll sit with Mahir. ', Bela interrupted.

Mahir was very happy hearing that.

All settled on their benches.

' Good morning, students! ', came a voice.
All looked at the person and were shocked.

' Raghav! ', slipped out of Bela's mouth.

Raghav said, ' Sorry Bela, but here I am Raghav Sir. Actually your Statistics teacher is my aunt. She is on sick leave. So, I am here to take your revision lectures. '

' Ohh god! Not again. ', mumbled Mahir putting his hand on his forehead.
Vikrant tried to control his laughter seeing him.

School hours passed nicely with Bela and Mahir studying together and spending a lot of quality time together.

Vish and Vikrant were happy seeing them together.
And one person who was burning in jealousy seeing them so much into each other, thought, ' I've to do something soon before things get worse for me.'

In parking area,

Mahir said, ' Bela, come I'll drop you. '

Bela replied, ' It's fine, Mahir. I've my vehicle. Moreover, I've to drop Ruhi also. So, I'll go.'

Mahir said, ' Okay, fine. But come to my home in the evening. We'll study together. '

Bela agreed.

In the evening,
Bela went to Mahir's home.
Sumitra hugged Bela.
She was really fond of her.

Mahir and Bela studied for almost 3 hours.
When Bela was about to leave, Mahir dragged her to his balcony keeping his hands on her eyes.

In the balcony,
When Mahir took of his hands, Bela was amazed to see the view.
It was a small dinner set up.

Bela smiled seeing it.

Mahir held her shoulder and said, ' I know that you're hungry. So, may I have the privilege to have a small dinner date with you?'

Bela smiled and nodded.

After the amazing balcony date, Mahir dropped Bela to her home.

2 months passed very soon.
The board exams were over without any hurdle.
Mahir and Bela both were very eager to confess their feelings to each other!

And the D-day had finally arrived!
