' Bela? What are you doing here? ', asked Mahir, shock clearly visible on his face.
Bela replied, ' Even I can ask the same question!'
Mahir replied, ' of course I would be here. This is my house. '
'What?', Bela asked.
Sumitra interrupted, ' Beta, he is my son, Mahir. '

Now, Bela realized what was going on. But Mahir was still confused.
He again asked, 'Bela, what are you doing here? Wait, today is Raksha Bandhan right? Ohh no, that's why you came! That means I lose the deal. No. No. I won't let this happen. Mom, you come inside. I'll close the door. '

Sumitra said, ' Mahir, Have you gone mad? What are you blabbering? Bela is here because she helped me.'

Bela said, ' Mahir, I've not taken his interview that I would know his name and address. And it's okay he realised his mistake. '

Mahir replied, ' okay fine. But you need first aid. '

Sumitra said, ' My dear son, she'll get first aid, if you will move aside and let us come in.! So will you?'
Mahir bit his tongue , ' oops, sorry. Bela please come in.'

They came inside the house.

( Mahir's house)

Sumitra said, 'Bela beta, please have a seat. Bhushan, bring a glass of water.'

Bela choked the water, ' No, no Aunty. Just a FRIEND. '

Mahir laughed seeing her.
Bela glared at him. Mahir said, ' Bela, Give me your hand. I'll clean the wound and apply antiseptic. '

Sumitra said, ' Don't worry, Mahir. I'll do it.' Mahir replied, ' it's okay, Mom. I'll do it.'
Sumitra nodded and went in the kitchen.

He held Bela's hand and said, ' Bela, it will burn a bit.'
Mahir dipped the cotton in the antiseptic and said, 'Bela, it will burn but you don't worry okay!'
Bela said ,' Mahir, I am not worrying. You're worrying! '

Mahir looked straight into her eyes and said, ' yes, I am worried for you because....'
Bela asked, ' Because? '
Mahir continued, ' Because...'
Bela said frustratingly, ' Common, say ahead.'
Mahir looked towards her hand and replied, ' It's done.'

Bela realised that he was drawing her attention somewhere else from her wound so that it wouldn't pain. She replied, ' Thank You. But I told you that I don't feel any pain.'
Mahir smiled, ' Yeah of course, I know that you are very strong. But I am not strong enough to see you in pain.'

They were staring at each other when Sumitra called them.

Sumitra said, 'Mahir, I am going to my friend's house for a kitty party. The lunch is ready. You and Bela have it, okay? '

Bela interrupted, ' Arre! Aunty, it's fine. I should go now. My Mom must be waiting. '
Sumitra smiled, ' Bela beta, even I am like your mother, right? '
Bela nodded.
Sumitra said, ' That's why I am not asking you. I am ordering you to have your lunch here. Inform your Mom about it. '

After Sumitra went,
Bela called her mother and informed her that she will come late.
Mahir asked, ' Bela, can we have our lunch in the garden? I mean, the weather is also cool.'
Bela said, ' okay. I don't have any problem. '
Mahir asked Bhushan to bring lunch in the garden.

Bela and Mahir walked towards the garden to have their first lunch together!
