Imagine: Leah is Arthur's sister and is secretly together with Merlin and one day Arthur finds out.

Being Arthur's sister may seem like it's the most wonderful thing in the world. It's not. He believes that he can tell me who to marry and who not marry. And always says he is looking out for me and my safety. I can give you a list of men he has tried to marry me off too.

Yes, I have managed to successfully turn each marriage down swiftly and perfectly. Not that I don't want to marry I do. It's just inconvenient that the man I would love to marry my brother's servant Merlin. So each night we arranged he would come to my chambers or I go to his. It was unfair but it was the only way we wouldn't be caught by guards or my brother. I heard a soft knock and I opened my door quietly and Merlin stood there with a cheeky grin and a rose. I ushered him in and he laughed "Sweetheart there is no one around we are fine" he reassured and I kissed him softly and he laughed as he pulled away "My lady" he presented his rose and I smiled "It's so beautiful Merlin thank you" I placed it in a vase with water and Merlin rolled onto my bed and I placed my hands on my hips with a raised brow. "Comfortable Merlin?" I teased and he placed his hands behind his head "Very much so" he smiled and took off his shoes and his scarf, I unclasped my necklace and climbed under my bed covers Merlin did also and he hugged my body close to him. "I love you Leah remember that" Merlin spoke into my hair and I smiled "I love you too Merlin" I yawned and drifted off to sleep Merlin not far behind me as we snuggled under the covers.

Then the next morning Merlin climbed out of the bed slowly and kissed my head. "Sleep in a little sweetheart" he smiled and I stretched and moaned "Okay Merlin" and I rolled back over and tucked myself in the bed. Merlin slowly crept out of my room and closed the door softly and walked away very lightly.

Merlin thought he could feel someone watching him leave Leah's door and he shrugged. But Arthur's jaw clenched a little at the thought of Merlin and Leah together, alone, in her chambers. Arthur made a pact with himself every day he would carefully watch Leah and Merlin for anything suspicious and over the past few days and nights, Arthur knew Leah and Merlin were together. He kept it to himself not wanting to embarrass himself or his sister. Merlin, he would take pleasure in embarrassing no problem. Arthur would wait until he became King and then he would decide what to do with his sister and Merlin.

Arthur's coronation day came and Leah stood next to the minister and waited for Arthur to walk through the doors. Leah smiled at Merlin and he grinned and stood proudly and Leah laughed. Arthur walked through the doors and towards the few steps and kneeled down in front of the minister. "Will you solemnly promise and swear to govern the peoples of Camelot according to their respective laws and customs?" Arthur stared ahead "I solemnly swear so to do" the minister nodded "Will you, to your power, cause law and justice, in mercy to be executed in all your judgments?" Arthur nodded "I will" and the minister slowly hovered the crown above Arthur's head and Leah held in a breath as she smiled at her brother "Then by the sacred law invested in me, I crown you Arthur, King of Camelot." Arthur stood up and held his hand out for Leah smiled at him and he turned around and faced his people. "Long live the King!" Leah said and the people followed in unison "Long Live the King!"

The after ceremony Arthur walked over to Merlin and pulled him aside "Look Merlin I know for a while now you have been sneaking in and out of my sister's room. Now I understand if you care for her and love her. But I warn you if you ever break her heart or hurt her in any way. You know what I will do to you Merlin." he pointed a finger at his servant and best friend Merlin raised his hands in defense and laughed lightly "Well I guess that means I have your permission to ask for her hand in marriage then?" he smiled and Arthur nodded "Yes you do now go!" he laughed and pushed his servant away and Merlin came over and cleared his throat. Leah turned and so did Gwen from their little gossip talk Gwen left the two alone and Leah smiled. "Merlin?" she asked and held his hand and Merlin gazed into her eyes and then spoke excitedly "I have something to ask you" he grinned at her.

I will be writing part 2 soon and I have enjoyed writing this is so much. I will admit I do love my cliffhanger :)
