~Patton's POV~

I open Minecraft, deciding to play a little bit of Build Battle.

Yes, I like Minecraft. Yes, I'm in my twenty's. But do I care? Nope! It's fun! So I like it!

I decide to do a team battle and I get paired with someone by the username of Logan_314 .

~Logan's POV~

I don't play Minecraft that often, but I was feeling bored and decided to play for a bit. I also decided to build something with a stranger.

Once we got in the game, they shot me a chat message.

"Heyo! Do you wanna communicate in chat or we can do it through Instagram DMs"

"Instagram is fine." I reply.

"Cewl! I'm PatTheCat."

I quickly open my Instagram app on my phone, looking up the peculiar name. I follow the person and open their DMs.

"Hello. This is Logan."

"Okay, sweet! So.. how should we build this?"

~Patton's POV~

We talk for a while, and end up chatting after the round is finished too. By now we're both done with Minecraft, we just wanna talk to each other.

Honestly, Logan is.. kinda adorable. He texts using proper grammar all the time and stuff and it's a little cute.

I check the time on my phone.. 11 PM?! I need to go to bed!

"Hey, Lo? I gotta go to bed. It's 11 PM here (I live in Florida)"

"Interesting. I live in Oregon." He replies. "Would you be interested in talking more tomorrow?"

"Of course!!" I smile to myself. "Night, Lo!"

"Goodnight, Patton."

I sigh, turning off my phone and going to bed.

~6 Months Later~

Logan and I talk almost every day now! I love it! And I really like him. Kinda romantically.

By now, we've shared numbers so we can text.

I shoot him a text. "Hiya!"

"Hello, Pat." He responds immediately.

"I got a question"

"What is it?"

"Do you wanna share photos so we know what we look like?"

"Sure. I'll go first." I giggle to myself. I finally get to see him!

He sends the picture.
