Manic woke when his phone starting ringing unstoppably. The other person on the phone didn't stop calling the poor hedgehog.

He groaned and hid his face in the crook of his boyfriend's neck since he was in his arms. "Scourge…" He shook him lightly to wake him up.

"Hm…" The older one groaned and hugged him tighter and purred quietly without thinking.

This made the smaller one lightly blush and lower his ears. "Get the phone." He was too lazy and sore to reach for his phone.

Scourge grabbed his phone tiredly and gave it to him. "Here…" He was clearly sleepy.

Manic thanked him and answered the phone. "What?" He sighed when he saw that it was Sonia.

"Manic! Where are you?" The pink hedgehog asked in annoyance. "Please tell me that you're coming home."

"No, sis. I'm staying here." The green Prince rolled his eyes. "Just tell the teachers that I'm sick or something." He hung up after that and turned off his phone then gave it to his boyfriend. "Put it back." He groaned. "Please."

The older one grabbed the phone and groaned at the light then turned it off and put it back where it was. He wrapped his arms around his boyfriend's waist, pulling him closer again and started drifting off to sleep again, hiding his face on the crook of his neck. "Go back to sleep…" Scourge mumbled quietly and groggily.

"Well, what did he say? Is he coming?" The azure one asked his sister as they got out of their house and he locked the door. His sister had woken him up earlier since she didn't want to be called on again by the teacher in front of everyone.

"No." Sonia sighed. "I hate that guy so much…" She mumbled. "He's a bad influence on Manic. And he's using him for his own pleasure."

"I'm sure Manic will be okay, just let him do what he wants. You can't control who he wants to be with." He saw the school and walked inside the gates then started walking inside the building. "Scourge isn't that bad once you give him a chance."

"I don't like him. He dropped out of school. Explains a lot to be honest." She scoffed. "He's encouraging Manic to steal, that's something I've been trying to stop him from doing for years."

"I guess, but you don't know the way he is when they are alone. All I know is that our brother is happy, that's all I care about." The azure one walked to their lockers and opened it as he got the book that they needed for that class. "Sonia, you need to trust him more."

"I guess…" Sonia sighed and did the same.

"Hey guys! Where's Manic?" Sally walked up to them and wrapped an arm around Sonic's neck. "Who are you talking about?"

"He's with Scourge." Sonic wrapped an arm around her neck as well and started walking to their first class not caring who was around. "Look, Sonia, you have to calm down. He knows how to protect himself just as much as we do, it's not as if we didn't get trained before we left home."

"But he's so careless." The pink one rubbed her face.

"Scourge?" Sally raised a brow. "Who's that?" She couldn't remember who it was but she had heard that name before.

"Manic's boyfriend. The thief." He explained to Sally as they stopped in front of their class. "He's careless but he still knows what he is doing and he is happy with him, just let him be. At least he isn't like Fleetway."

"Wait. Manic found a boyfriend earlier than Sonia?" The chipmunk laughed. "Aw, Sonia~ You're just jealous~"

"Shut up. I'm not." Sonia rolled her eyes. "I'm glad that idiot isn't here to mess with Manic between the classes."

"Well… I actually have to tell you guys something." He lowered his ears and pulled away from Sally. "Fleetway texted me yesterday… He wants to see me…" He walked inside the class so they wouldn't yell at him.

Back in their old school, Sonic dated a golden looking hedgehog named Fleetway. They were happy and he treated Sonic right until he started becoming over protective and aggressive towards anyone who would go near Sonic. It had gotten to the point where he had punched Sonic thinking he had cheated on him, the golden one had apologized but the fights he would pick with everyone else would keep going.

The azure one had decided that it wasn't a healthy relationship and broke up with him but Fleetway kept trying to get back with him.

"No, absolutely not." Sonia shook her head. "Don't answer. He'll start beating you over stupid things."

"I don't think that it's a good idea to text him back, Sonic." Sally lowered her ears.

"That was too late… I answered him…" He rubbed the back of his neck and heard the bell ring so he walked to his desk knowing Sonia was going to be nagging at him until the teacher were to walk in. He sat down and put his head down then dropped his ears.

"What…?!" Sonia gasped and sat beside her brother. "What did you tell him? Why did you text him back?" She was worried about her brother since he was already acting strange. "Is that the guy you were talking about?" She asked even lower.

"No…!" He accidentally said that too loudly so he pinned his ears down and blushed. "No, Fleetway isn't that guy…" He whispered since he had gotten the classroom attention.

"What did you tell him then?" Sonia asked again when everyone stopped looking. But the ebony hedgehog was still listening.

"Nothing, we were talking about what happened with us… We are just talking, fixing things. Is it so bad? He apologized, promised he'll change but that doesn't mean I'm getting back with him." He sighed and kept his ears dropped.

"Okay then…" Sonia slowly nodded. "Just. Tell me if he tries anything, okay?"

"I can take care of myself Sis. I'm fine." He saw the teacher walk in he sat up correctly.

The pink hedgehog sighed and rubbed her face, it hurt her when her siblings left the house alone or when they tell her that they can take care of themselves.

The ebony hedgehog smirked slightly when he heard that and texted Rouge.

'I got an idea.'

~~~
What's in your mind, Hun?" Rouge asked when she saw her best friend after the class ended.
"Can you take Sonic's phone and bring it to me?" Shadow looked at the Bat with a serious look.
"What exactly are you planning? Why are you all over the blue one? I thought you wanted to get with their sister, Hun." Rouge asked confused.
The ebony hedgehog's ear twitched lightly at the question and shook his head. "I want to get rid of him first. Now will you do it?"
"I can do it." The bat nodded and looked at where they were at. "Give me a couple of minutes." She walked to them. "Hey guys." She smiled.
"Rouge?" The azure one raised a brow already knowing she was trouble.
"Leave us alone Rouge." Sally walked to her friends and glared at the Bat. "We know you're trying to get Sonia sleep with Shadow. That's not happening."
"Are you always around them?" She raised a brow at her and crossed her arms then glanced at the azure ones phone. She moved closer to him and wrapped an arm around him, secretly taking his phone. "I just want to get to know you guys better."
"Leave." Sally repeated and tightened her fist. "Now."
"Fine. No need to get aggressive, Hun." She walked back to Shadow and smirked. "I got it. Let's go."
"Good." Shadow chuckled and started walking away.
'What are you hiding, Hedgehog~?'
