"So- this isn't how I anticipated our date to be like." Finn says, looking below him. Finn and Bailey, classmates from school, were on their first date. The Ferris wheel had creaked and stopped two spots away from the top. They were stuck with each other for the time being, literally.
"Yeah, we could've at least stopped at the bottom." Bailey sighs, desperately clinging onto the bars around them. Her fear of heights begins to seep through and she can't help but whimper every now and then.
"I actually like the view, but-"
"Do not say 'I'm prettier than the view' because I will throw myself over the bars." Bailey interrupts.
"Actually, I was going to say the suns glaring in my eyes. Could you move over a bit so you block the sun?" Finn squints and Bailey nods in embarrassment. "Ah much better."
Just a short scene I thought of.
