His words echoed through my head and I looked up at him with confusion. He was staring me down and was awfully close to the glass now.
"Clifford, back up. You know the rules."
My head turned at the sudden voice and saw a security guard. He was tan and tall with a black name tag that read the name, 'Calum'. Michael scoot back and returned to seating on the padded floor.
"Who's your tour guide?" Calum barked at me because I wasn't suppose to be wandering alone.
"Kiana." I replied hesitantly. Calum smirked at the mention of her name, but I didn't know why.
"Here. I'll escort you back to the group. Stay with your group, these people are crazy."
No shit Sherlock, they're in an asylum. We started walking down to the halls, looking for my group. We found them and once I walked in with a security guard by my side everyone's eyes were on me. I felt my cheeks heat up and my family rushed towards me.
"Where were you, young lady? You had us worried sick!" My mother scream whispered at me. I didn't know what to tell her, 'Oh sorry mom, I was staring at the incredibly hot mental hospital patient oops.'
"Kiana, you should start watching your group better." Calum called out to her with a smug smile. She just rolled her eyes at him and placed her hands on her hips.
"Oh hush up. I'm great at my job."
"Yeah, your ass looks great in that nurse outfit," Calum whispered to her loud enough that I could hear. Kiana turned a bright pink and pushed him away.
"O-okay everyone! Follow me into the next hallway! Goodbye, Mr. Hood," She glared at him then started leading us to next location. My mom was now holding onto my arm which was very annoying.
"Mom, stop," I tried to pull my arm out of her grasp, but she wouldn't budge or even look at me because she was too consumed by all the fear of what she calls freaks. I looked over at Kurt who was loving every minute of this. I've never seen him so pleasant. Which was really odd. Kiana was definitely sick of his constant question that were pointless.
"Why is his eye like that?"
"What are those scratches from?"
"Why does she look like that?"
"Kurt, shut up." I finally interrupted him before Kiana slammed her head into a wall.
"At least I'm not flirting with the psychos." He smiled proudly because he knew that would silence me. I wasn't flirting with him just simply starting conversation with the boy. I know that's frowned upon since he is considered a weirdo, but I don't judge until I know the whole story.

It took three whole hours to view the entire building and it was agonizingly boring. I was starving and it felt like my blatter was about to explode.
"I need to piss." I told my dad and all he did was turn his head towards a restroom and pointed, I wasn't sure if I was allowed to go in that bathroom, but I honestly didn't care. I ran inside and went into a stall. I sighed in relief as I did my business. After I was done I got out and walked to the sinks to wash my hands. the mirror was slightly cracked and my first thought was that it was probably fake to help the creepy ambiance. I stared at myself in the mirror with my head tilted slightly. I thought about what Michael had said about insanity. What did he mean? Is he saying I'm insane too? Is he saying everybody is insane.
"Why are you staring at yourself?"
I jumped and turned around with a gasp. It was a girl who was younger than me by a few years maybe with a blue hospital gown and an extended smile.
"Who are you?" I asked the obvious, but I wanted to know why she is wearing a gown.
"You need to change before he sees you in regular clothes," She replied while looking into the cracked part of the mirror, fixing her pony tail.
"I need to go back with the group." I rushed to the door to be surprised by another person.
"Aliya, hurry the fuck up in here."
I froze right in front of him. It was the guy who was grossly cat calling me. He grinned wickedly at me and I stepped away from him. I think his name was Will and I just found out the girl is Aliya.
"Oh? Baby, I didn't know you were one of us?" He inched towards me and I shook my head quickly at him.
"I'm not one of you, freaks." He laughed darkly at my statement.
"Then why are are you here after closing hours?" Aliya looked at me with another wicked expression. I froze. What the fuck did they mean by closing hours?
"C-closing hours?" They both nod at me and I dashed out of the bathroom, looking around at my surroundings. All I saw was blue gowns and suits. All patients. No group or tour guide in sight. I started to breath heavily then I felt hands gripping me. It was those two bastards from the bathroom. I struggled in their hold and groaned in pain when I felt the girl's nails piercing my arm.
"OW! Get off of me!" I yelled out which was a bad choice because now every patient's eyes were stalking my movements.
"She's not in uniform!"
"Mr. Blythe!" They both kept shouting until guard took me into their arms this time.
"Let go of me! Please! This is a mistake!" I kicked my legs and cried out. Their hold got tighter which made me scream louder. The two burly men started to drag me to god knows where. I wasn't a freak, I was stable. Why was this happening to me? I looked up through my tears and was met with the same emerald eyes. His expression was unreadable and he just stared at me, shaking my head and simply mouthed,
I told you so.
