~3 days later~ ~Mitchel's POV~

I came home from grocery shopping, and I was tired and miserable. I opened my mail box and there was another letter. I flipped it over. It was from Astrid. I smiled and I went inside and opened it.

I took out the letter, and slowly read it.
She asked a lot of questions in this one and it made my heart swell. My heart sunk a bit when I read that she was working on restricting her intuitiveness and curiosity.

I grabbed a piece of paper and a pen and started writing.

Hey Astrid!

I'm glad to hear that your uni is going good! And I agree, every school could be a bit better. Less stressful. It reminds me of the small uni I attended. I only went for a year.

Classes were WAY too long and I barely got any sleep. I  barely got any sleep, that is,when Clinton wasn't taking me to his class mate's parties. Which trust me,you don't wanna hear about.

Looking back,I kinda regret going to uni. Wasn't worth it. I never use what I learned there,in what I do today. Oh well, hahaha. But I'm grateful for the few friends I made.

And I'm glad I could help you feel better, and that my advice is helpful. Usually it doesn't go as planned. But nevermind that. And honestly? Those Nat. Geo. Mags don't give Oz justice.
(That's what we Aussies call Australia for short. And yes,if it helps you remember, think if the Wizard of Oz film.)

And I do have a favorite place here.
It's in Canberra and it's a camping grounds with a huge, beautiful lake, covered with lillypads with countless Lilly flowers. My family would go canoeing and kayaking a lot when I was younger. The dense trees seem never ending.

It's so peaceful and breathtaking. I promise I'll send you some photos the next time I go. But my favorite place outside of Oz is Yosemite,in Cali. I especially love it there in winter. I don't know if you've seen our why stop now music video, but that's where it was shot! But next time I'm there, I'll send you some photos.

Speaking of the seasons,I adore the Spring time rain. I love when the air smells so clean and everything is so bright cause of all the flowers. (I know you didn't ask,but my favorite flowers are roses btw.) And I love love love listening to it too!

I've definitely had periods of writer's block, and listening to the rain inspires me a great amount.

And please never apologize for being intuitive, curious, and knowledge seeking. Please don't let anyone ever tell you you're nosy and annoying for that, cause that's one of my favorite features in people. Smart, yet still learning.

We're currently playing a game of NBA on the Xbox, and per usual,Christian is beating everyone's ass,Hahaha!

I can't wait to hear from you again!

AllLoveAlways,
Mitty

I put it out in the mailbox, and went back inside.
