Anti sat down cross legged next to Malice.

"Do you think he'll be able to see me?" He asked. "I kind of want to pet him."

"The dog I hope." Malice snickered.

"You know I do!" Grumbled Anti playfully. "I like dogs. Dogs are great."

"They are," she nodded. "The human seems to really like his dog..."

"Wanna get closer?"

"Okay, but let's stay close to the trees."

Another young man wearing a red flannel shirt, headed over to Digby's owner with a small rocket in hand.

"Hey Harry, doesn't Digby get scared of the fireworks?" They heard him ask, petting the dog's head.

"Nah," Said Harry with a grin. "Digby's fearless. Nothing can scare him, Ed."

"So his name is Harry..." Malice whispered, a small grin growing on her face. "I like it..."

Everyone watched as Ed stabbed the holder of the rocket into the ground before picking up a small lighter.

"This is the last one." He said, lighting the fuse. "Better make it worth it."

Everyone backed away a few yards, waiting.

But instead of shooting off into the sky, it burst into a mess of sparks and burning embers.

The dry grass below it sizzled before flaring up into a raging fire; spreading across the field within a matter of moments.

"Holy shit!" Ed yelled, running off to avoid the flames. "Run!"

His friends did as he said, running off one by one into the woods past Malice and Anti who stared at the blaze in shock.

Ruff! Ruff! Ruff!

Harry, who was behind all of his friends, stopped abruptly when he heard the barking. Turning around, his mouth dropped when he saw his beloved dog trapped back of the flames.

"Digby!"

Without hesitation, Harry sprinted back, jumping through the fire before lifting his dog into his arms.

"Don't worry boy!" He assured. "I've got you!"

Malice and Anti watched as he went to jump back over the inferno. Despite the panicking dog quivering in his grasp, Harry managed to make it to the other side once more before beginning to run back towards the woods.

But before he could even make it 3 feet away from the fire, he stumbled over a rocky patch, falling hard towards the ground, dropping Digby from his hold and hitting his head.

Ruff! Ruff! Ruff!

Digby barked rapidly, pawing at his master.

Ruff! Ruff! Ruff!

"He's not getting up!" Malice shouted, jumping to her feet. "He might be hurt!"

"What can we do? The place is going up in- Hey! What are you doing?! Malice come back!"

She didn't listen.

Malice sprinted towards Harry, skidding to a halt as she knelt down next to him.

Ruff! Digby whined.

"Don't worry, Digby." She said, clasping onto his collar while pulling Harry against her lap while holding him close to her with one arm. "I'll get you out of here."

In a flash of teal, she emitted them away.

"Kill is not gonna like this..." Anti grimaced.

The sun had risen by the time Anti had found her and the dog kneeling next to the human on a more greener part of the field.

Malice looked up at him. "Do you think he's...dead?"

Not knowing what to say, Anti offered a small shrug. "It's hard to say."

He got onto his knees to pet Digby's head in an attempt to comfort him.

"Oh!" She gasped. "He's waking up!"

Harry groaned, his blue eyes slits as he squinted at the morning sunshine.

Wanting to sooth him, Malice placed a hand on his cheek, rubbing away a smudge of ash from under his eye.

"Ugh..." Harry moaned, placing his hand over hers. "What happened?"

Malice and Anti looked at each other, their eyes widened in disbelief as she snatched her hand away.

Harry blinked a few times before looking straight up at Malice in a dazed stare.

"Who are you?"

With her mouth hanging open, Malice sat frozen in place; not knowing what to do.

"MALICE!" Shrieked a familiar voice. "ANTI!"

They looked over towards the woods to see Kill, his usually pale face red with anger.

"We better go." Anti stated, jumping to his feet and grabbing her hand before pulling her behind him towards Kill.

"What in Satan's name were you doing that close to a human?!" He roared. "If the king knew about this...No...let's not go there! He won't find out about this! Understand?!"

They both nodded.

"All right then," The green eyed demon said calmly, holding out his hand. "Let's get back home."

After they all linked hands, Kill teleported them back to the demon world in a flash of crimson.

"Harry? Harry! Oh thank god!" Came Ed's voice as he stumbled over to help his friend to his feet as Digby ran circles around him. "We thought you were dead! Everyone's shitting themselves! What happened? How did you get here?"

"I..." Harry began. "Digby and I... we were rescued... a girl rescued us. And she...she was beautiful..."

"Uh huh..." Ed replied doubtfully, pulling his arm around his neck to help him walk. "I think you've inhaled a little too much smoke there, buddy... C'mon Digby."

"This never happened!" Kill seethed, turning away on his heel while muttering something about his blood pressure.

He had teleported the three of them outside of Die's kingdom, but Malice was too in awe to notice.

"He could see me..." She whispered, a grin plastered on her face. "You saw for yourself! He looked right at me! He talked to me!"

"Yeah..." Anti said with a raised eyebrow. "You might not want to announce it to the entire kingdom, Mal. Satan knows what Die will do if he finds out..."

"Oh, no!" The gray skinned demon cackled, grinning wickedly into the pensieve. "No, no, no! I can't stand it! This is too easy."

He looked over at his henchmen. "Xyler, Blank...The girl is in love with a human! Die is going to love that."

The duo laughed as though it was expected.

"King PewDIEpie's headstrong, lovesick little demon would make a charming addition to my collection..."
