I sat on my four poster bed debating if I should go to classes today. I already missed the first day so it's not like I will be missing anything today, right? Yeah, I am gonna have a chill day from the drama already boiling up on the second day here. I changed into: (the outfit on top minus the makeup)
What should I do? Kira obviously wasn't here so I had no one to hang out with. Last night Kira asked why I didn't meet her and I told her everything from Ron to Draco and finally to Parkinson. I mean she is my best friend, we have nicknames for each other for crying out loud!
I decided I wanted to read my book. I dug through my trunk which was still not fully unpacked and started to read the muggle book Little Women. (Author: OMG are you ready for Emma Watson in Little Women!!)
I started reading this book when I was 8. This is my 6th time reading it, some things for me never get old. I was already on page 100 and I started reading it a week ago. I know I'm a slow reader but I don't care.
I read the book for another hour and 20 minutes. I ended up finishing the book for the 7th time, this book was really easy for me to read since I have read it so much.
Just then Kira walked in the dormitory. She must have a break. She knew that I was probably going to skip again today, but she still didn't approve.
"Ro you really should go to classes ya know." She said setting her bag at the end of her bed. She sat down on her four poster bed and looked at me.
"I know, I just can't stand the fact of looking at them." I said looking at the book in my lap.
"You only see them really in the Great hall and maybe in the corridors or break." She said looking at me hopeful that she could have her best friend back in the corridors of Hogwarts.
"Fine, but what if there is more drama?!" I said put my head in my hands. She sighed.
"You know I will be her for you Ro. I always will." She said moving to my bed and hugging me. I hugged her back and smiled.
"Thanks Ki." I said breaking the hug and smiled at my best friend.
"No problem. Now get ready you are going to the rest of the classes today. Luckily you have your classes with me so I can protect you from the drama and questions." She said giving me a nudge. I smiled again.
I got up and changed into my Slytherin robes and did my hair so it didn't looked like I just rolled out of bed.

"What class do we have next?" I asked from the bathroom.
"Potions" Kira said from her bed. She looked exhausted like she already was done with today.
"Okay I'm ready." I said walking out of the bathroom and grabbing my bag.
"Okay class starts in like 30 or 40 minutes so we have time. Do you want to just wander around since you don't know the castle that well?" She asked. I hesitated.
"Ro you haven't really even walked around the castle. You are coming with me and getting to know the halls." She said grabbing her bag from the end of her bed and dragging me out of our dorm. I didn't protest since I knew that she was right.
We walked into the common room, only a few 3rd years were chatting so the common room was basically empty. I was glad, I didn't want to see anyone besides Kira right now.
Kira dragged me out of the common room and into the already cold corridor. I remember Ron complaining about the dungeons and how they are always freezing in the winter. Well it was not even winter and it was already cold, I couldn't even imagine how miserable I would be.
"Come on!" Kira yelled. She grabbed my arm roughly and dragged me along the corridor.
"Okay Ki I think I can walk myself, you don't need to drag me!" I said getting out of her strong grip and walking beside her.
"Where do you want to go first?" She asked. I thought for a bit and then an idea hit me.
"The black lake." I said with joy. I already liked the Black Lake because it was what brought me to Hogwarts, technically.
"Fine." She said in defeat. She already sensed that I was a very stubborn person, which is true. So she wasn't going to argue with me.
Once we made our way outside and toward the black lake which wasn't actually that far. We saw someone, we walked closer then we saw there was 4 people. One with platinum blonde hair and one with short black hair in a bob, I stopped. I looked at Kira, my stomach was jerking like something was trying to get out. Kira kept walking for a little bit not even noticing that I wasn't next to her. She then saw who it was, she stopped in her tracks. She looked to her side to see me not there, she looked behind her and saw me with plain fear written on my face.
I turned around and started walking away quickly with Kira chasing after me.
"It looks like Weaslett number 2 is scared of you Parkinson!" A semi-deep voice said. I stopped not baring to look around to see the Slytherin's sneering faces.
"You're right Crabbe! What's the matter Weaslett?!Are you too scared to face me?! Do you need Faton to fight for you?! Are you that weak?!!" Parkinson screamed at my back. My lip trembled, don't let her get to you! I screamed at myself. I started walking again not having Malfoy or Parkinson get to me.
"You're a coward Weaslett! You know that!" Draco yelled at my back again as I ran away with Kira by my side.
Once we got inside the tears started to spill down my cheeks. Don't let them get to you! I screamed at myself again. Kira then grabbed my shoulders.
"Hey, don't cry Ro. They don't deserve to be cried over, okay." Kira said wiping my tears away. I nodded and took a deep breath.
"Let's head to class. Okay." She said leading me back down to the cold dungeons.
Once we got down to the potions classroom we saw many fellow first years already there. We sat down in the back and set our bags down.
"Ms.Weasley!" Snapped yelled from the front of the classroom. I jumped and looked up to see Snape in the front of the classroom glaring me down to the bone.
"Y-yes sir?" I asked shakily. He continued to glare at me.
"Where were you yesterday?! My fellow professors told me you weren't in any of your classes!" He shouted. I started shaking.
"Um-I-um-I- w-was-um," I shuttered. All eyes were on me and I hated that.
"Stop shuttering!" Snape yelled.
"I didn't feel well." I said with a scared look that clearly said I was lying.
"You are lying! But I am not going to waste anymore time with you! Detention for a week!" Snape yelled. I quietly groaned and put my head in my hands. I knew I shouldn't have gone to classes today.
