Dilemma

I had mentioned there that the chapters will be longer than they were before.

This chapter is basically them talking about who they trust and don't trust. It's not really part of The Letter, so I titled it differently. The original version of this - that I had accidentally deleted -was titled A Visit to the Undertaker .V.2. Idk if I should name it that, though.

Details and everything might be changed slightly to align with what's already happened.

Ciel sighed. "Well, then off to Undertaker it is."

He stood up and laced his arms over his head, grimacing as something realigned in his back. Falling asleep at his desk was never fun - he always had pain in his neck and back when he woke up, and his spotless coat would be ruined if he didn't get it into the wash right away. And dirty clothing meant more work for the servants. Everyone was busy enough already, especially Sebastian.

"I need to get a new coat before we leave, however." Ciel added, shedding the one he was wearing and walking over to his closet to grab another one. He put on a blue coat. "Put the one I was wearing in the wash." Sebastian took the coat and left to put it in the wash, then returned.

"I was going to ask, do you trust the Undertaker now, my lord?" Sebastian asked.

"I have no choice but to trust him." Ciel replied as he grabbed his walking stick. "Even though part of me doesn't want to. That part of me is saying that he's dangerous and shouldn't be trusted. But I have to. Because if I cast him out, I lose a valuable source of information."

He motioned for Sebastian to follow him. "And since it seems we will have to go to him for help regarding your condition, that's another reason for me to have to trust him. But the moment he lays another hand on you-"

"Or you." Sebastian interjected.

"If he hurts any of us, even the servants, then we're through. I'll find another source of information." They walked downstairs to where the servants were milling around. "Everyone. I need your attention please."

The servants stopped what they were doing, and turned to him.

"Yeah? What is it, young master?" Baldroy asked, with a cigarette hanging out of the side of his mouth like usual.

"I need you to watch over the manor while Sebastian and I are out. I expect it to be in one piece when we return."

"Yes, my lord!" The servants saluted and returned back to their present duties.

"Well, that's taken care of now." Ciel turned to leave, silently thankful Baldroy hadn't mentioned anything about Sebastian's predicament. "Come, Sebastian."
