It all started with a proposal

The big day: part 1

I am so nervous. Today is the day that Percy and I are going to get married! I never thought this day would come. All the odds were stacked against us, but we still made it here today! I was wearing this beautiful dress that Piper had made me. Thalia was my maid of honour and she was so excited! She'd been planning for ages, using the ideas we had put in and with a lot of 'help' from Piper.

I was waiting in a beautiful hall with the most wonderful high white and gold ceiling. It reminded me of Olympus. I felt like I was going to throw up. My stomach felt like it was filled with elephants barging around. I wasn't sure if it was nervousness or if some thing else was happening but I didn't care. It was finally the day that I would become mrs Jackson!

"ANNABETH!" I heard someone cry.
"What's up Thalia?" I said concerned.
"We can't find Percy, and two crazy gods are fighting it the main entrance." Great our parents. Never liked each other, never will.
"I'll find Percy, you sort out the god issue." I said annoyed.
"But you can't see Percy before the wedding." Piper said. I didn't even hear her enter, that's how stressed I am!
"I think we've had all our bad luck. The groom goes missing and the parents are batteling each other in front of all the guests." I said on the verge of shouting. Today is suppose to be perfect.
"Well you could have some angry monsters come gate crash the wedding. I wouldn't risk it." Thalia said.
"Fine I'll sort out the parents you sort out the Percy problemo. Okay. Good." I said and stormed out to the main entrance. I really hoped that people wouldn't crowd me to give me compliments and best wishes, that's the last thing I need now.
"Mom. Stop right now. You are ruining MY day. Now you leave Poseidon alone, and Poseidon leave my mom alone. You could also try to find your son, since he has gone missing." I shouted and then left without even waiting to get a response. I was done. I wish Nico could just open up a hole to the underworld that would swallow me up.

"Have you found him yet?" I asked Piper and Thalia
"No we've looked everywhere. No sign of anyone." Thalia's tone was sad and she spoke, like her heart had been broken like mine.
"Should we tell everyone to go home?"piper asked.
"Then people will think I was stood up at my own wedding. No."
"But you were Annabeth."
It suddenly dawned on me. Percy had left me. I wasn't going to get married. I was alone.
