<Ponyboy Curtis' P.O.V.>

I was still a bit upset, so i wanted to go to someplace I felt safe, the school...no one there after hours...so, I'll be good.

"I'm gonna go, alright..?" I looked at Dally and Johnny. Dally said "Alrighty, Stay safe kid" and Johnny said "okay, See you around, Pony" they said at the same time. They laughed about it as I left. I walked past my Front porch where Darry was sitting. "Ponyboy Curtis, Get your ass back in this house, now!" Darry yelled quietly to not make a disturbance. I pretend I didn't hear him and I kept walking. "Ponyboy!!!" He yelled and it echoed, I still kept walking. He gave up and sat back down.

I reached the school and looked up, Someone was up there, I rushed to the back so I could get on the roof, I climbed up the ladder.

"Soda...?" My heart sank, I Went into total fight or flight mode...and I decided to fight. Soda turned around "Oh Hey, Ponyboy" he smiled. I was relieved a bit, I know Soda wouldn't do this. Then I looked to his left, There was a beer bottle. "Soda, are you... drinkin..?" I swallowed my gut. "Yeahhhhh, you want some, pony?" He laughed a little."N-No...Soda why are you up here...?" I teared up a little.

"Don't worry, I'm Not Going to..." He got up and turned to me. "Soda please...don't..." My voice shook. He camp up and hugged me. "I won't..." He laughed a little. "thank you, Pepsi-Cola..." He looked at me and teared up a bit and smiled bigger.

I love my Big Pepsi-Cola...
