How you met Pt. 2

Darry - There were no after school activites for the day so you were walking home, cutting through the school football field. There were a few guys throwing a football though. Quietly you ATTEMPTED to walk past but you heard a yell and then felt a yourself fall to the ground hard with an extra force.

  "Ow what the hell!" You say when you felt who ever it was get off of you
  "Oh my god I'm really sorry. I told Joshua over there not to throw it to hard" he says glancing back at his friend.
  "It's fine..." you say shaking your head and he gives you his hand pulling you up effortlessly
  "Let me make it up to you. Are you available after the football game Friday?" He asks with a small smile and you noticed his icy blue eyes.
  "Of course" you say looking up into his eyes. They were just beautiful
  "Ok I'll see you then...." he trailed off because he didn't realize he didn't know your name
  "(Y/N)" you finish for him smiling a little
  "(Y/N). I'll see you Friday" he nods and you walk off.

  Looks like you just got a date with a guy who had just tackled you.

Johnny - you'd always been a fan of late night walks. But of course it was always a risk of getting jumped. You walked through the vacant lot with nothing but the sound of the leaves rattling with the wind and the usual city sounds. There was an old carseat by a tree you sometimes sat by so you made your way over there.

  As you approached you saw a small sleeping figure on it, only the outline. Slower you approached but the person jumped up quickly and turned. The distant streetlight illuminated the person. He was kind of small, but had a little build to him, he had dark hair, his skin was tan and there was a nasty scar on his cheek.

  "Sorry I didn't think anybody would be out here this late" you say quietly with a small laugh.
  "Th-thats alright" he replied with a quiet and shaky voice
  "Did I scare ya?" You asked stepping closer
  "A little yeah" he admits with a nervous chuckle
  "I'm sorry. I'd be scared too if someone just came up at 12 at night for no reason" you give him a small smile.

  The guy couldn't have been much older than 16. You vaguely wondered why he would be out there but by the way he had a nervous look in his eyes and a stutter when he talked you could deduce he was probably abused in some way.

  "What's your name?" You ask him softly, he was a few inches taller than you so you looked up at him.
  "Johnny... Johnny Cade" Johnny answers quickly
  "Nice to meet ya Johnny Cade... I'm (Y/N)"

Sodapop- A huge hitwave hit the town of Tulsa, Oklahoma and you were just itching for a drink, well more like your throat was parched like sandpaper. Maybe working on the yard with your dad wasn't the best idea. The DX store was right down the street and you needed some snacks anywhere so you went there. You walked through the door with usual chime of the bell. There was a really cute guy that worked there. Well he was the best looking guy in town actually. He often caught your eye but you two never actually spoke except when you paid for the things you got.

  Immediately you went to the refrigerators in the back and got a huge bottle of water and then a few bags of chips. You set them all down on the counter and heard someone yelling from the back

  "I got this one Steve!" He yelled and came running out to the register.     "afternoon" he said to you with a smile
  "Hi" You smile back at him "it's awful hot out there"  you laugh a little as he rings up the bottle of water.
  "Trust me I know. I gotta bring my buddy Steve a new can of Coke about every 15 minutes he drinks them so fast because of the heat" he shakes his head chuckling.
  "Oh boy he'll have a stomach ache of a lifetime" you say and open up the bottle water taking a big gulp
  "Hey what's your name?" He asked "I always see you here but I never found your name out"
  "It's (y/n)" you say picking up the bag holding the chips
  "I'm Sodapop Curtis" he says with a grin
  "I love your name, very original" you giggle "its cute" you say and turn "see ya around Sodapop"
  "See ya (y/n)" he smiles as you walk back out the door

AUTHORS NOTE

The next chapter will be pt. 3 with Steve and Two-bit I just didn't to make these to long and I'm ultimately failing at it XD
