I was so happy when I find out that we were living two houses down from my BFFs and Justin <3 HOUSE! Right when they told us I ran to Kalan and hugged her so tight I was afraid I broke her rib cage.

I felt a tap on my shoulder and Justin was there holding his muscular arms out. I never noticed how strong he was. I wrapped my arms around him and he wrapped his around my back. I let out a sigh and we withdrawed to follow Cherrys da- I mean my dad... It dawned on my for the 100th time that my parents are dead and Cherrys dad is now mine.

I closed my eyes and tried remembering their face. But it was hard to get exactly how they looked. I opened my eyes and everything was blurry from tears and I quickly wiped them away before anyone noticed, but Justin did. He looked down at me and frowned.

He looked at me worried then threw me over his shoulder running after my new dad to my new house. My life was changed. Yet I'm glad I still have my friends that I didn't have to say goodbye to, and a sister that is still with me, smiling and happy. And a boy who loves me for who I am and protects me and cares about me and doesn't care really how I look. And I didn't know how to thank God for everything but I just said in my mind "Thank you"
