Part 7

*EMMA'S POV*

I was awake before any of the boys were, which wasn't surprising considering the amount of alcohol they all consumed. All the boys ended up crashing at mine and Nathan's since they would never have been able to get home. They could barely walk in a straight line.

I walked out of the room, being careful not to wake Nathan as he was moody if you woke him up before he needed to be up. I crept out of the bedroom and checked in Jay's room. He was asleep with some brunette girl, she was actually really pretty and looked a lot better than some of the trash that Jay usually brought home with him. She was lying on his chest and he was cuddling her in a protective manner...I remember when he used to do that to me but that's the past. I was about to walk out of the room when I heard a voice from behind me.

"Em?"

"What do you want Jay?" I asked without even turning around. I didn't really want to see him while he was awake since I was still pretty upset about what he did yesterday.

"Look, about yesterday...I'm really sorry!"

"I don't wanna hear it Jay. If you had asked me about it when you first found out then maybe things would be different but when you used that as a way of defining what sort of mother I'd be to my own child...that was just too far!" I replied and went to walk out of the room.

"Look, you win..."

"What do you mean, I win? I win what?"

"I finally understand that you don't want me and you love Nathan, so you win and I'll leave you alone. I just hope one day, you'll find it in you to forgive me for all the pain I caused you and that I'll always love you but I need to move on and stop thinking you're coming back to me!" he replied and he was being serious. This was the first time since we'd broken up that he was speaking any sense; he had finally realised he was never going to win me back.

"It's going to take a lot for me to forgive you for what you did Jay. I loved you, I really did but you just threw that all back in my face by cheating on me and pretending that I didn't exist and the only reason you're so jealous is because Nathan now has everything you've ever wanted!" I muttered.

"I know what I did was wrong. I know I shouldn't have cheated and I know that I was totally out of order yesterday; you're going to be a great mum to that baby and Nath is going to be a great dad. I was stupid for trying to break you two up..."

"And did you mean what you wrote on Twitter yesterday, or was that another lie?" I asked quickly.

"No, I meant every word of it. You and Nath deserve to be happy and I need to move on so that's what I'm doing..."

"Well that must be the first time you've ever said that and actually meant it. I'm making tea, do you want one?"

"Yeah, I'll be down in a second. Just need to get out of this mess!" he laughed and with that I left the room and walked downstairs. I walked into the living room and was greeted by a topless Tom on the sofa; it looked like Max had just fallen face first onto the floor and no one had bothered to move him so I decided to take a picture of that one and post it on Twitter...well, I'd post it on Twitter later after he's been mean to me and then Seev was on the sofa. It appeared that he had just thrown himself down and fallen asleep there and he had made no effort to remove his clothes. I loved these boys after a night out, I always enjoyed taking the micky out of them and laughing at the suffering they have from their hangover.

I carefully manouvered by way around Max and walked into the kitchen. As I began filling the kettle up, I felt a pair of warm hands grab me around the waist and they pulled me in close to his bare chest.
