I woke up beside my beloved boyfriend,how was breathing hard and sniffing,I decided to wake him up,he shot up in a cold sweat, tears streaming down the boys face,I then hugged him,shushing him "hey,shhh,its alright,I'm here" I whispered to virgil,as he calmed down,a few seconds later.

"Hey,do you wanna talk about it" I asked "no" virgil responded,trying to get out of bed"wait,where are you going" i asked"blue....haired....lady" he said between breaths,I guess it must have took a lot of energy getting up then out of bed,I got up trying to lead him back to bed,what did he mean blue haired lady"hey,you can't go,you have a fever"i said and he laid back down,falling back asleep.

"What did he mean,blue haired girl?" I said confused,I dismissed it and went to go make him some tomato soup for him.

1 week later...

Virgil had been sick for 1 week,but eventually,he got better,he started going out more often,coming back happy as ever,his clothing all messy and torn,I was beginning to think he was cheating on me,so I decided to investigate,when he took his next walk,I followed him,he was talking and laughing to himself,It was weird to watch,their was no one there.

"Hey baby" I said softly,he turned around and smiled at me"hey,baby,its getting pretty late,wanna go home" I asked sweetly"*yawn* I am kinda tired,bye bye"i picked him up bridal style,and walked in the direction of the house,we eventually got in the bad part of town,we got stared down,three muggers came up to us and pointed their guns at us"put him down and give is the money" unfortunately I had to wake him up"r-roman" he was interupted by one of the guys,pulling their plants down and grabbing Virgil"Get off of me!" He screamed,the guy pounded into Virgil,until virgil was bleeding,I never seen virgil this scared.

Something in me snapped,I took out my pocket knife I kept for protection and stabbed them,blood got everywhere and all over my face,the cops came"Freeze!" They yelled"drop your wepon!"they pointed their guns to me"it was an act of self defense! They tried to mug us"they put their guns down"were gonna make sure your not lying to us,we have to bring you two in for a lie detector test,they wrapped a cover around Virgil,when they weren't looking I took knife and put it in my pocket.

I got in the car in the back seat with virgil,I looked to see if virgil was okay,he looked emotionless,he was looking out the window"hey,baby are you alright" he didnt respond,I felt really terrible that he had to go through that,and he had to see me kill someone.

At the station,in the interrogation room...

They hooked a lie detector to our fingers,and asked us some questions

Police: what were you doing before any of this happened

Me/Roman: I was going to see if Virgil was cheating on me,because virgil was coming back home with his clothes torn and dishevelled, but I found him talking to himself,I thought it was a imaginary friend,so I just suggested for him to come home,he seemed pretty tired,so I carried him bridal style,and we got to the bad part of town

Virgil gave me a look of anger,he didnt show it,but I could tell,his eyes said it all,I just looked at the machine emotionlessly,as the green showed up,the other police looked angry,like she just wanted me to lie

Police: You there

The lady said pointing to virgil

Police: And what were you doing before this man here got to you

Virgil just said nothing and looked down

Police: you have to speak,or we will put this man in custody for killing those men-

The lady said rudely,she was interupted

Virgil: I was sitting in the park,like he said,talking to myself,I have a reputation of having imaginary friends.

The light turned green,The woman had a look of disgust on her face

Police: your cra-

Virgil:I'm crazy,wow,that's a new one,you better watch what you say unless you wanna get hurt,I guess you have a reputation for putting criminals in jail,although I assure you,my boyfriend over here is not one of them,he was being untrusting and stupid,going into the bad part of town,when I knew there was another way around

I was shocked,he never called me a name before,I couldnt be angry for the shit he just went through,although the woman looked angry,good ridance

Man/police:and are you gonna be the one to hurt her

Virgil: no,a friend will,oh and dont brother looking for her,she isn't real,and you can't see her

The light turned green...

They were both scared,I've never seen this side of virgil,he never threatens people

Man/Police: what happened before we got there

Roman: virgil-

Virgil: shut up,let me talk, I had fallen asleep in Roman's arms and when I woke up,a man grabbed me,I panicked and screamed and cried,they raped me,something possessed roman to fucking stab all of those men because of anger

Virgil took off the blanket,fixing his pants and jacket,walking out of the room,bumping harshly me on the way out...
