JAMES POV
"JESS!" I yelled so hard that my throat felt parhed. My legs began racing towards the school.
"JAMES, NO!" I felt the boys attempting to restrain me. I kicked my legs around in the air as I struggled to slide free of their grip, but 4:1 doesnt give me much chance.
My anger died down enough for me to quit moving around in an attempt to escape my friends. "Get off me." I grumbled as I yanked my arm out of their grip.
"James, if we mindlessly race in there then he'll kill us and thats exactly what Cameron wants. We'll plan it out and then go and kill that son of a bitch." Beau instructed calmly.
"Okay." I breathed. "What did you have in mind?"
JESS POV
"Listen" Cameron whispered into his phone. "Try find us."
He dropped his mobile onto the the navy blue rough carpet before licking his lips as he approached me with his gun.
"Now, baby girl. We're going to have some fun." His whisper in my ear was like poison.
"Yeah, it'll be quite entertaining to see my best friends beat you up." I smirked at my response.
He laughed. "You can watch all your best friends slowly die. Then I'll kill you."
Cameron tilted his gun upwards right next to my ear, causing a deafening bang which made me jump slightly.
"The shows just getting started." He pecked my cheek before standing back up.
JAMES POV
"I'm really nervous." Daniel's voice cracked.
"It'll be ok. We're going to kill him, get Jess and then leave." Luke reassured him.
"No, but guys, what if one of us doesnt make it…" Daniel's voice trailed off.
Silence dropped upon us as we imagined what that would be like and how we'd feel. What it would be like if one of our brothers died trying to kill this asshole. Or what if it was us.
"I won't let that happen." I sternly replied. I wasn't. I couldn't let one of them die. I made a promise to myself right then that if any of us got hurt, it would be me.

"Shhh" Luke put his finger on his lips as him and I approached one of the windows silently.
Luke slowly and discreetly peered through the glass. "This room's safe." He whispered so quietly that we could only just hear. From now on there was no more talking, not even whispering .
We ever so gently slid the old window open and then carefully slid inside the abandoned school. We shared a look which spoke 'Ok? Ok.'
The room we were now in was one of our old classrooms where we'd act the 'class clowns' and be shouted at by our teachers. Quickly shaking out of our memories, I led the way down the corridors trying to hunt down Cameron.
The corridoors gave off a damp mouldy scent and the shadowy suroundings made me feel uneasy about the whole situation. There was a miniature window at the end of the corridoor which let in the slightest crack of luminous sapphire light.
A slight tune being hummed softly sounded from one of the nearby classrooms. I gave Luke a look which indicated that I wanted him to stay where he was. Gently sneaking to a closed door, I listened to the sound. It was Jess. I gave Luke another look and he sent Beau the text message.
"Ready?" I mouthed at Luke. He slid his phone away and switched it for his gun then simply nodded whilst edging up behind me. I double checked that I still had mine, I felt the shape of it in my trousers and felt comforted. I inhaled deeply as I grabbed the handle, and then swung it open confidently.
"Surprise." I beamed wickedly at Cameron's startled expression.
