Lilith's point of view
It was the morning of the wedding and Jeremiah could not be more scared. Dana, Dash, Carson and Vince left to a hotel last night because of the traditions. He's been restless since she left, he even got up from bed like five times in the middle of the night.
My navy colored dress hugged my curves and my hair was down, my curls framing my face. A make up artist did a beautiful smokey eye and added some red lipstick, a little darker than the usual red. I had black open toe heels on with a strap and my hair was in its natural curls.
Jeremiah was reluctant to let Ephraim sleep with me but since there was no other room and the sofa is too small, he had no choice. I mean, I get that he was worried because there was some kissing and stuff. But Jeremiah doesn't know that we are a thing so that's fine.
Ephraim has been great. He hasn't seen my dress yet and he was so annoyed when we were in the store. I hope he likes it, I even let my hair curly because he said that he likes it better.
"Tía Lily! My hair!" Celeste whined and I chuckled, continuing to do her hair.
"Lilith! Are you almost done?!" Jeremiah screamed from downstairs.
"Jeremiah, it's 8! The wedding starts at 9!" I shouted back as I did Celeste's hair. "It's a ten minute drive!"
"You're always late!" He yelled and I groaned.
"Shut up and let me do your daughter's hair, you incompetent buffon!" I screeched as I scrunched product into Celeste's curls.
"Do you even have a good dress?!" He shouted.
"Yes!"
"The theme is navy, grey and gold!" He said from the other side of the door.
"I am wearing the right dress." I rolled my eyes at my brother.
"Daddy's silly." Celeste giggled and I smiled at the sound.
"Hunter!" Jeremiah yelled.
"What?!" I heard his reply from somewhere in the house and then his loud foot steps.
"Make sure your girlfriend's ready on time." Jeremiah growled and I snorted.
"Alright." Ephraim said and then he knocked on the door. "Lilith, Celeste?"
"Yeah?" I called. "Don't you dare come in." I warned.
"I just need to know if you girls are almost ready." He said from behind the door.
"I only need to blow dry Celeste's hair and then we're done." I answered.
"Tía Lily, is tío Ephraim your boyfriend?" Celeste giggled.
"Yes, he is." I said with a stupid grin.
"Do you kiss him?" She asked over the sound of the blow dryer.
"I do." I nodded and I could see her grin in the mirror. "Why the sudden curiosity?"
"Are you going to give me a cousin?" She asked and I froze.
"What?" I blurted out. "Not now."
"But I want a best friend!" She pouted as I turned the blowdryer off.
"You'll get one, baby." I assured. "It doesn't need to be my daughter. Besides, Ephraim and I are not ready for a kid. We just started going out."
"Lilith, are you ready, babe?" I heard Ephraim call from downstairs as I picked Celeste up.
"Yeah." I took out my phone and walked over to the mirror. "Smile for the picture." I cooed and Celeste giggled as we had a small photo session. Once I was done, I picked up Celeste before opening the door and walking down the stairs.
