A few days later Bucky and Steve were in Steve's room. They were re stringing their guitars and tuning them. In the quiet they heard music coming from outside.
Sawyer had her docking station outside. She had on a pair of PINK nation yoga shorts and PINK tank top. She started to spray her jeep with the water hose as she sang along to "What If I Never Get Over." By Lady Antebellum.
"What is she doing?" Bucky said
"I don't know..oh..she's washing her jeep." Steve said as another song began to play.
Bucky walked up behind Steve to see her soaping up her jeep. He said "Im gonna go see if she will wash my truck..it needs a cleaning." He said
"No..I dont think thats a good idea. Judging by the music she is playing its not a good idea." Steve said but Bucky was already gone.
"Hey emo.." he said as he walked up to her.
"Can I help you?" She said as she climbed the hood of her jeep. She started to clean her windshield.
"Since you are doing yours.." he said but she cut him off.
"No Im not cleaning yours. Do it yourself." She said
"Sawyer come on..I have a date later. My truck is a muddy mess from earlier.Can you be a doll and clean it for me?" He said
She got down and dropped the sponge in her bucket. "Im so tired of people using me. So no I will not clean your truck." She said
"Sawyer.." Steve said as he turned off her iPod.
She wiped her tears as she rinsed off the soap. Once she did that she walked away. "I told you that it wasn't a good idea.." Steve said
"What the hell is wrong?" He said
"I don't know all I know is she went shopping with the girls this morning. When she came back she was pissed slamming things." Steve said as they went back inside.
She packed a bag she walked to Steve's room. "Hey um if mom or dad asks about me I went to seen mamaw and pop." She said
"Sawyer..what happened?" Steve said
"Jason cheated before we broke up." She said as she walked out.
Steve threw his controller to find his keys. "Steve.." Bucky said
"No he hurt my sister. I may not get along with her but she is my sister." Steve said as he left.
Bucky sighed. "God help me if you ever find out about that night." He thought to himself as he left to go home.
Steve found Jason at the park after texting him. Steve said "You cheated on my sister.." as he punched him.
"Rogers..I..yes. I loved her but she and I were on two different levels. I was ready for sex she wasn't. I started seeing Brianna. Then she was finally ready but I had already checked out." Jason said
"So what you just used my sister for a good time lying to her making her believe that you still loved her." Steve said
Jason looked down. "Don't come near my sister again. Don't call her talk to her just stay away." Steve said then he left Jason there.
Bucky took his truck to a car wash before he picked up his date. Steve went to see his sister to let her know what Jason told her.
A/N I know this chapter was short it was mainly filler. I had to have a short filler chapter after the last one. More in the next chapter. 😊
