When she finally stopped gazing at them , she realized her current situation. Her mouth was being  covered by his hands and she was now on the ground.
¨You shouldn't have come here, it's not safe at the moment.¨ he whispered in her ear, as she felt the chilling breeze of his breath and the calmness of his voice.

¨You heard the cries, didn't you?¨

He finally uncovered her mouth, and her response was a small nod. She was quite confused as to why he was here, but that wasn't the most important thing at the moment. The cries were still continuing and she had no idea what was making them. She slowly tilted her head, and let out a small gasp.

It was a creature like no other, a huge ball of fur with a pair of wings attached to its back. Blood surrounded it as its leg held a dagger and its moans grew louder. Surprisingly, I didn't feel any bit scared and threatened by this creature. I felt at ease.

Anthony was also there, and he also had a calm look on his somewhat poker face of his. This creature was not like any other, it looked like it was from a completely different realm than the earthly one. Just like her, it was strange and rather peculiar.

Suddenly he rose up and made his way towards it, with no gesture of fear. Before being completely close, he turned around and looked hesitant. As he regained his composure, he closed his eyes and stretched out his hand, hovered above the injured leg. Kirsten was completely taken aback. The once blood covered leg, and never ending flow of blood had now ceased and was now replaced with a bright light.

He pulled back his hand, and the what was once a pitiful creature, laid a white and pure looking fox with dazzling yellow eyes. He was not human, well surely not entirely of the human realm. Anthony healed the animal, more specifically, he changed its entire appearance.

His back was still facing her, and he stood there like a motionless doll for quite some time until she made the first move.

¨That was amazing!¨ she said as she found herself now beside him, beholding the beauty of the fox.

¨You aren't disgusted or afraid?¨ was his response and he now faced her.

¨Why would I be?¨

He was completely confused and somewhat happy that she felt this way, it was not something he was used to hearing, but yet again she was nothing near to normal herself. She was quite a bit surprised as to what he had done, but it was nothing that made her feel threatened. They were both different, nothing to be afraid of. His abilities were nothing to feel disgusted by, she understood how it felt to live a life of secrecy and making sure your powers were not found out. At this moment, a sudden connection was built within them, and the beginning of a lovely start and end of the darkness and misery which revolved around Kirsten's life.
