He was kissing a girl as she straddled his lap.She was in the process of removing his clothes as they made out.I returned back to human mode and stood there and cried.I heard footsteps behind me, but I didn't bother to see who it was.I stepped back onto a plastic bottle causing it to make a loud noise.Stokeley and the girl both looked up at me instantly.
"S-Summer."I shook my head and turned to run away before I ran into a male.I looked up to see Johnny.He took me into his embrace and lead me to my car.
"I can drive you home if you want."I shook my head 'no' vigorously and slammed my door shut.I didn't want to be near anyone right now.
I pulled out of the parking lot and sped down the road.I didn't know where I was going since I was 2 hours away from home.My phone was ringing and ringing and I couldn't take it anymore.I chucked it out the window and continued to speed down the road, I didn't care if I just got it, either.I didn't bother to stop at any red lights or stop signs, I could barely even see them due to my blurry vision from my tears.I saw red and blue lights behind me, but I continued to speed down the road.I entered the highway and continued to drive.I realized I entered the wrong side of the highway because everyone was coming towards me.The last thing that I remember happening was my car coming in contact with something.
Beep.........Beep...........Beep
I fluttered my eyes open and looked around the room.Everyone was there from Maria and Laila to Jah and - Stokeley.I sat up a bit in my bed and continued to examine the room.For some reason,I didn't feel any pain at all - which was a little weird.I took the IV out of my hand and the rest of the wires out of my body.I hung my legs on the side of my bed and got down.I opened the closet slowly and saw the extra scrubs.I put them on and grabbed my things and walked out.
I didn't want to talk to anyone.I didn't want anyone worrying about my well being.I didn't want anyone to feel bad for me.
I asked this lady to get me an Uber since my car was fucked up in that stupid crash last night.I paid her and went outside to wait for it.I got myself a room at the Hilton Parc Soleil and finally had a chance to breathe.
I laid back in my bed and began to think.Stokeley and I aren't even together yet.The stress that he's put me through in the last few months make me not even want to be with him.It was unnecessary stress that my body couldn't take anymore.
All of the sudden, my senses started acting up.I sat up and rubbed my temples to ease this sudden, strong headache.I opened my eyes and saw the hospital room.How in the world can I see it if I'm not even there?An alarm was going off as Maria, Laila and the boys woke up.
"Where's Summer?!"I saw Laila get up and scream, frantically.
"You all stay in here!!We have an escaped patient!!"This lady came into the room and screamed.I smirked to myself and continued to watch my live vision.
Everyone was looking around, frantically.I saw the lady that got me the Uber leave the building, screaming.I laughed and removed my hands off of my temples.These new vampire powers were cool as hell and could come in handy at any time.I went into the bathroom to soak in the tub, I definitely needed it.
JOHNNY'S POV
My plan actually worked.I wasn't planning to put my beloved in the hospital, but at least she didn't want anything to do with Stokeley.
"Elaine, you are an excellent actor."I hugged my friend of 2 years.
"Thanks, darling.Where's my money?"She held out her hand and I went into my pocket.
"$350, just like I promised."
"Thanks, Johnny.Call me if you need anything and I mean - anything."I looked at her with a disgusted expression and took my hand back.Bitches are crazy now adays, sheesh.
"Okay, thanks."I walked away from her and out to my car.I was on my way towards the hospital to see my love.My plan is going smoothly.
STOKELEY'S POV
"Fuck, man, all of this shit is my fault."I held my head in my hands.
"How is this your fault, Ski?"Jah asked me.
"I-I-"
"This ain't the time for your fucking stuttering.I need the direct answer, not no sugarcoated lie."I sighed and sat back in my seat.
"I cheated on her before I could even make her mine last night.She saw me behind Kres Chophouse kissing on some broad that I was helping because she was crying.I saw her run to her car with Johnny.Before I could even get to her, she was down the road, going 110 MPH."
"Stokeley....how could you?That's the only reason that Summer never wanted to be in a relationship with anyone.We trusted you."Maria said with sadness evident in her voice.
"I didn't mean for it to happen.The girl literally held me down!"No one was believing me.
"You're better than that, vro."They all got up and went into the hallway.How could I be so fucking stupid?I got my baby back just for her to leave again.
MARIA'S POV
I kept thinking about what Stokeley said in there.
